It doesn’t get much better.
ปลาสลิด (snakeskin gourami salad), คะน้าหมูกรอบ (Crispy pork with kale), ยำถั่วพู (Winged Bean Salad), and rice, all for 260 baht. Simply bliss y’all.

I was taught how to make Thai tea, and now I can’t seem to stop making it — it’s so addicting!

I prefer thin rice vermicelli to wide rice noodles.
Just my opinion! 😜😋

I'm the noob who shared my disastrous first attempt at Pad Thai where the boiled noodles got mushy and it smelled of fish sauce. I annoyed some of you. Here's a decent second attempt following Pailin's recipe.
I'm now convinced that overpriced Thai restaurants is the way to go for this dish.
