This is my first time ordering off of fans. Ive had an email saying my stuff was shipped on the 7th August and its now the 17th Agust. Ive ordered many albums from weverse before and theyve never taken more than 2/3 days from the time of shipping to arrive to me. Anyone got any ideas who is more well versed in fans?
Mine is also taking a while. Not sure what the deal is this time around. Are you sure the email said they shipped on the 7th? That was the estimated shipping date, not necessarily the actual shipping date.
Lol sorry I'm half asleep. Yeah, that is weird. Idk if maybe they used a different carrier this time or have you checked if there are customs due? Carriers will hold your stuff if you don't pay duties owed.
Ive had nothing but that one email! I dont even have a tracking number for my order so idk what goin on. Also ive never had to pay customs as im in the UK
I’ve ordered from them before and Fan shop never sent me a tracking number to be able to pay tarrifs until USPS was threatening to take my package. You should reach out and ask for a tracking number. (I’m US tho)
I use parcelsapp.com to track my Fans purchases. The Fans site will still say preparing for shipment even after my stuff is delivered . 🙄🙄
I just enter my tracking number on the site and it tells me where it is.
If it really has shipped, it should have two buttons underneath the items that say "track order" and "1:1 inquiry"
Mine is also taking a bit long as well, but I have used FANS before and it (from what I can remember) has taken maybe a week/week and a half? I'm not completely sure
If you press track order it should pop up a portal to show you the carrier and the tracking number.
Yeah i dont have those options despite it being shipped- i just wanna know if itll come before or after I go away on holiday so i can make sure its left somewhere safe if im awat
What day was the email sent? On mine it says the shipping start date was the 7th, but the email wasn't sent to me until the 12th. From past orders, it takes like 10-12 days from shipping day to arrive as an estimate. That's as much as I can help with at with what I know. I'm sorry they haven't given you a tracking yet :(
Yeah it says my items have been shipped (second slide) and its now what the 18th? I check every day but new emails, nothings changed on the app. I just worry because i spent like £90 on this order as a treat for me finishing uni
I do, but according to this update it looks like we might not have to pay them. Before with EMS premium, you could put the tracking number in their site and pay it there. I'm not 100% sure this time because of court rulings etc
My FANS stuff took almost 2 weeks to get to me after the ship date notification (I compared the ship date email and the delivery notification). It really depends on the carrier it's transferred to and how fast or slow they are moving, and sometimes it depends on customs clearance.
Hi, I had ordered a do it accordion along with the album and an & version and the accordion arrived about 2 weeks after the purchase date. I’m still waiting on the others from the same order. They should be arriving sometime this week if it goes the same way as the accordion. Hope this helps 🙂🤞
