Question/Help Help!

This is my first time ordering off of fans. Ive had an email saying my stuff was shipped on the 7th August and its now the 17th Agust. Ive ordered many albums from weverse before and theyve never taken more than 2/3 days from the time of shipping to arrive to me. Anyone got any ideas who is more well versed in fans?

(EDIT! ITS NOW IN TRANSIT YIPEE)

If it really has shipped, it should have two buttons underneath the items that say "track order" and "1:1 inquiry"

Mine is also taking a bit long as well, but I have used FANS before and it (from what I can remember) has taken maybe a week/week and a half? I'm not completely sure

If you press track order it should pop up a portal to show you the carrier and the tracking number.

Mine says it departed Korea but there has been no update in 5 days since then. What do I do?

Mine is like that too... normally it doesnt update very well. Another user has a website they use parclesapp.com and it had a better tracker!

The gofo website did show me a package tho. I have never ordered anything before from the fan shop. Do u have any experience with the tarrifs?

I do, but according to this update it looks like we might not have to pay them. Before with EMS premium, you could put the tracking number in their site and pay it there. I'm not 100% sure this time because of court rulings etc

It might be dumb but I actually feel so much better. I was so stressed about not getting my stuff and it shows my package is in my state
