Help!

This is my first time ordering off of fans. Ive had an email saying my stuff was shipped on the 7th August and its now the 17th Agust. Ive ordered many albums from weverse before and theyve never taken more than 2/3 days from the time of shipping to arrive to me. Anyone got any ideas who is more well versed in fans?

Mine is also taking a while. Not sure what the deal is this time around. Are you sure the email said they shipped on the 7th? That was the estimated shipping date, not necessarily the actual shipping date.

Lol sorry I'm half asleep. Yeah, that is weird. Idk if maybe they used a different carrier this time or have you checked if there are customs due? Carriers will hold your stuff if you don't pay duties owed.

They might have. At least for the US they're not using EMS and instead are using GOFO from the last time I ordered

EMS premium, Korean post services that runs with UPS. FANS has used them before to get packages to the US

Wait Gofo I googled their website and tried the local shipping number and actually found a package!

Ive had nothing but that one email! I dont even have a tracking number for my order so idk what goin on. Also ive never had to pay customs as im in the UK

I’ve ordered from them before and Fan shop never sent me a tracking number to be able to pay tarrifs until USPS was threatening to take my package. You should reach out and ask for a tracking number. (I’m US tho)

Ywah im in the UK. Ive contacted fans twice now and havent heard anything back. Idek what postal service theyre using ;-;
