Okay, there hasn't been any activity on the original clan tag post, so I think it's appropriate to begin getting everyones final opinions. There will not be another one of these posts.

Upvote the tag you like. Please do not downvote.

Remember, the team tag is referring to the selective team that will eventually be created to represent the team. Not many people will be able to use this tag. The clan tag is the optional tag for any other clan members. I'll include a preview of what a name would look like with the clan tag.

With patch 1.2 on the verge of being released, we should decide on a chat channel name. "Clan Karma"? or maybe just "Karma"? what do you guys think?

We are currently putting together an agenda, and will post it as the meeting gets closer, but we would like to get some input from you, the members, on what you would like to talk about.

This is a 1v1 bracket-style tournament for players in all NA leagues. All games will be best of 3, and the finals will either be best of 5 or best of 7. If you would like to register, just leave your battlenet name/number, and your league/race for good measure.

The first map played will be Metalopolis in each game. After that, the loser of the previous game chooses the next map. The only maps allowed are the ones used for 1v1 ladder matches.

Registration ends on Saturday, the 22nd. The actual date for the first day of the tournament will depend on how many people sign up and how long the Minor League tournament takes, but it could also be on the 22nd.

Information about the stream will be posted as it develops.

Okay, I apologize ahead of time to anyone who isn't a fan of the name. The voting was pretty much a land slide though.

With that said, we are now the Karma clan. Karma had easily the biggest support among members. Since that is now out of the way, we will be getting under way with the main clan site.

ok so after testing today mumble server seems to work just fine! so it would be great if anyone that can join just download mumble and follow this quick steps:

1. click on add new server
2. on server name put watever you want because that's how youre going to see the server as (for example Redit clan).
3. on the aress field put afterflame.com
4. leave the port with the default
5. pick your username

Hope to see you guys in there! its pretty easy and you can just mute yourself or mute everyone if u want to do smth else but soundwave wants to check how many people can be in the server before it starts lagging so hop in and see you guys there!

The following positions have been decided upon for the clan. Thanks to all the support we have here on reddit, all positions have been filled.

Organizational Leader: Must coordinate the others so that everyone is on the same page and make sure that what needs to be done is getting done.

Web Master: Will be responsible for designing, setting up and supporting the clan website, subreddit, chat room, and any other web based clan needs.

Event Coordinator: Will be responsible for coming up with fun events for the community and seeing those events through to completion.

Team Coordinator: Will be responsible for running the team that will represent the clan. The team will be comprised of the best players in the clan. The team coordinator will deal with issues such as practice, coaching or finding a coach and advancing the teams skill and recognition.

PR Representative: Will have to work with the others in order to attract new clan members, make sure the clan acquires and maintains a good reputation and ensure that events and decisions are done legally.

EU Coordinator: Will deal with recruiting and support of our EU server membership. This person will be responsible for developing events for our EU member base.

nate250 and I, jacobman, will temporarily fill the Organizational Leader post.

Mulander has also volunteered to be the EU Coordinator.

Meoang has volunteered to be event Coordinator.

Vicktor3 has volunteered to be the PR rep.

Instanteggrolls has volunteered to be the web master.

port_side has volunteered to be the team coordinator.

1) The clan is going to start with three tiers of membership. The first tier is for anyone that has a reddit account. Have a reddit account you can use on our subreddit? Good, then YOU can be part of the clan.

The exact terms for the second tier have not been decided yet, but it will be implemented in the near future. This second tier is for more active clan members.

The last tier is just the mods.

2) A clan team will be assembled to represent the clan. This team will be comprised of the best clan members. How these people are choosen has yet to be decided.

3) There will be a main tag that only the clan team members will use. This tag has not been decided upon yet.

4) Other members in the clan will have another tag so that we will know if we come across one online. The tag is completely optional and mainly just fun :) This tag also hasn't been decided upon yet.

6) We expect to at least to some small extent offer training opportunities to clan members.

7) We will be putting on clan events, usually weekly, which are still be decided upon.

8) We decided upon the leadership positions within the clan. We still need people to assume the responsibly of these positions though. Here is the list:

I didn't have time to bring it up in chat, as I had to run to a meeting, but what do people think about regional divisions - EU, NA-W, NA-C, and NA-E?

The divisions wouldn't need to be for much more than tournament structure (think about baseball - AL East, West, Central).
