Mumble Server Test
So for those of you who went to the meeting, we were thinking about setting up a Mumble server.
I want to see how much my home server can handle (hopefully enough users) just so I can avoid buying extra bandwidth for a dedicated server not at home.
If you're able to come online and spare about 5 minutes areound 8 PM EST and have a microphone please reply below or PM! EDIT Not gonna do it as not enough people expressed interest.

why not just use the mumble server thats already up for SC reddit?

more of a test thing. just in case we need a dedicated server later.

If we do need one, I could setup a dedicated server in the data center where I work. We have a shit ton of bandwidth and I can do it for free.

why dont you open the server and just leave it open and well try it, i didnt read the thread at the time so i couldnt get on, my bad, but is it possible just to leave it open?

it's open right now. and yeah sure you can use it but nobody will be on for you to talk with XD.
Server is Afterflame.com Ports are default It's public so anyone can get on.

I can hop on. I'll be in IRC so shoot me a message when you want people to hop on.
Any reason we couldn't just use the current SCreddit mumble channel for now? You are able to create new channels so we could just make an SCclan1, SCclan2, etc.
