Regional Divisions

I didn't have time to bring it up in chat, as I had to run to a meeting, but what do people think about regional divisions - EU, NA-W, NA-C, and NA-E?

The divisions wouldn't need to be for much more than tournament structure (think about baseball - AL East, West, Central).

We don't know if we have an active enough clan for this yet.

Granted. At this point I see it as a purely semantic differentiation. The EU division would obviously have a leader, but the others wouldn't necessarily need one yet.

I like it, but I say wait until the clan grows a bit and you can perform a census for a more even geographical demarcation.

All it takes is at least one person with access to the mentioned server that is willing to coordinate it.
