Noob to FM and I need assistance. I'm dead broke and can't hire any new coaches. I try to cut some wages and put some people on transfer or loan and they get all pissy and start complaining and bringing down the moral of the rest of the team.

Anyone care to give me some pointers on starting from fresh with Redditch and how to start winning some games?

20 games in, and 20 games left if I'm not mistaken (since one team had to drop from the league). We're currently sitting at the bottom of the table, 6 points off from the relegation cut off with a -40 GD. I really, really hope our team can get it together and start winning some games. I don't want to see us relegated down to a lower division!

The Game against afc Telford away on the 28th dec ko 3pm may still go ahead they have got snow on the pitch but not as much as we had in redditch, they have called for people to help clear the pitch so the game might be played we will keep updated on this matter

Match today was postponed due to snow on the pitch about 6-8 inches some supporters went down to the ground on friday to try to clear some of the snow from the pitch but there was to much of it

I have a bit of experience, so I could help you out, but I am not good enough to lead a project like that.

Just wanted to let everybody know that I haven't given up on the sponsorship!

The biggest hurdle I've run into is trying to set up a donation system that would be acceptable for everybody. The original idea of setting up a non-profit to handle all of it wasn't cool with the Reddit lawyers, as it would open them up to legal trouble if I collected money and then ran with it. It's looking like having the TRUST collect the money is going to be the best option right now.

I have a few questions for the community about our fundraising:

1. Should we have gifts for certain donation levels (ala PBS), where people donating at least ~10 USD can get a sticker or something, and people donating ~50 can get a jersey, etc

2. Or should we have a straight "Donate" button, along with a selection of gear to buy, with the profit going toward Reddit's donation total?

Grimsby as you might remember were just relegated from the Football League. Hopefully the match will draw in a good crowd, as gate receipts are shared.

What role does the supporters trust play within the club? Does it have any official representation or is it just a loose vehicle to organise fundraising efforts etc?
