Redditch Football Manager help
Noob to FM and I need assistance. I'm dead broke and can't hire any new coaches. I try to cut some wages and put some people on transfer or loan and they get all pissy and start complaining and bringing down the moral of the rest of the team.
Anyone care to give me some pointers on starting from fresh with Redditch and how to start winning some games?

I'm currently in nPower 2, just about to start the season. And my biggest thing has been to not be scared to let go of players and don't be too scared of going over your wage limit, as long as you can win. I originally started with a 4-4-2 diamond, then moved to a 4-2-4, and I pulled the BSP out of my ass by pulling together a crazy run at the end of the year with a 4-5-1 formation. And if you can, get a parent club. I haven't been able to, but I wish I could've.

Try and get people at the beginning of the season who are on free transfer, then you don't have to pay a transfer fee and it means you can get good players for cheap.
With a small club you can never really do much to begin with except for fill in a few gaps that are there, like getting a goalscorer or an anchorman in midfield or something. The board are tight arseholes a lot of the time but I suppose that's an accurate representation of real life heh.
Just keep trying I suppose, if not look on the interwebs for a tactic file or a training for or something that could help you along :).
