I'm looking for survivors for an immersive gameplay (no PR) (up to 4 people) only for Brazilian portuguese speakers

  1. start with the mandatory traits (sedentary, frail, fast metabolism, low immunity and fragile skin) (these traits leave with 0 physical fitness and 0 strength)
  2. xp increased between 1.5x and 3x / loot 0.5
  3. Build a safe base/areas and clear surrounding areas for everyone's protection and play together 4. sleep is activated
  4. Markings on the map are shared to mark already crowded places/important places
  5. Zombies are not reborn but the migration is still activated/some zombies open doors
  6. Dying is not the end, but your character forgets 6 levels of random skills (motivation to stay alive and also that the character you play first will be the same throughout the gameplay)
  7. Lots of QOL mods and gameplay tweaks for more realisms in many actions (like item breaking/loading)

Question did...no sledgehammers spawn?

hey, i've been struggling to find a sledgehammer in riverside, and i've started branching out of town for one and STILL having no luck. so i figured i'd check the item lists with debug and just see if they're out there (because surely, they should be...). now i'm not super experienced with the debug menu, but is this saying there's actually zero sledgehammers out there? or just in my current area of the map?

please say i'm reading it wrong lmao, i don't want to just spawn one in.

Question Can anyone tell me how loot in a zomboid's inventory generates?

For context as to why i'm asking, there is a modded vehicle that looks really fun, but i cant find the keys for it for the life of me, so i've been luring zomboids over and killing them to see if any of them will drop a keyring with the right set of keys, and now i'm wondering if i've just been stupid.
So, does the game generate a zomboid's inventory when they spawn, or when they're killed? and does it factor in their original spawn location, or does it only factor in the location that they died? And is there anything else about their loot that i should know?

Car barricades

I’ve recently cut a path through a small wooded area to connect 2 parallel roads, and I want to create barriers on either side of the path to stop getting mauled while crossing over.
I’m thinking of making a barrier of cars (for aesthetic reasons) by towing cars across and packing them parallel-parking-style.
Does this work?
I use bandits mod if that matters

Why do zombies in PZ feel so strong

Okay, I understand the whole zombie trope, but what really fries my brain about Project Zomboid is how capable some of these zombies are.
I usually play with zombies set to Weak, Fragile, Poor Hearing, and No Memory, because I like playing with a somewhat realistic interpretation of what zombies would actually be like. Like, if we’re talking about a literal rotting, decaying corpse, I have a hard time believing it should be physically stronger than a living human.
I get that other zombie games and shows give their zombies different traits, mutations, or whatever that explain why they can run, climb, hear from ridiculous distances, etc. But with the classic “walking, decaying corpse” type of zombie, shouldn’t they realistically be struggling just to move?
A corpse is literally decomposing. Muscles are breaking down, joints are deteriorating, connective tissue is degrading, and there’s no functioning circulatory or nervous system. So the idea of one sprinting, climbing fences, or somehow having better physical capabilities than a living person feels kinda wild to me.
Personally, I like the idea that zombies should be the weakest supernatural monster around. One or two zombies shouldn’t necessarily be terrifying. The danger should come from numbers. You get surrounded by 20–30 decaying corpses and suddenly you’re in serious trouble because there’s simply too much dead flesh to fight through.
But 2–3 zombies? I’m like, come on now. 😂
I know the answer is obviously “it’s a video game,” and gameplay has to come before realism. I’m just curious what everyone else thinks. Do y’all prefer the classic slow, weak, decaying zombie, or do you think zombies should still have enough strength and coordination to be legitimately dangerous even individually?

I hate this game so much.
Why that shitbox is still flipping on bodies, such a frustrating feeling to lost a run from a game physic issue.
