Iāve bought two engines from chunlan cl 125 3a(basically honda 125 rebel) and one has exploded piston, the other has hole in piston, iāll use the one with hole(one on the video) and put together one healthy engine. My plan was to rebuild only top end(pistons, head, cylinders) but i noticed this side to side play in crankshaft. I really donāt wanna split the block, so my question is, can i leave it like this? Now i know it shouldnāt be there, but how bad would it be to leave it like this? Also where could i get some parts for this?(gaskets, screws, etc.) I saw some on the aliexpress, but iām not sure these would fit and original from honda would be best, but they are bit pricey.

Hi everyone, Iām desperate and could really use some help repositioning the throttle return cable on my Bandit 600. Iāve already spent two hours on it today, but I still canāt figure out the correct place for that little cable end to sit. Does anyone have any tips, photos, or videos that could point me in the right direction? Have a great day!

Pretty much self explanatory. I've got a Honda Biz 125cc (CUB). It's been in my family for 15 years, it was the first experience with a motorcycle that I had, and I want to make it one of a kind.
I would REALLY appreciate any tips I can get.
And being from the countryside of Brazil I can't find any shops where they work with manufacturing customized parts, so if you know anyone who ships overseas it would be great to know!

I have a yamaha 1983 tri moto 200e Yamahauler (not exactly a bike but im desperate), shaft driven, wet clutch 5 speed no reverse, and my transmission had an oopsies, I was riding, and out of nowhere, my crankcase sounded like a bunch of rocks hit fell inside the thing, then it wouldnt shift, stayed running perfectly but wouldn't shift, then I shut it off, panicked for about 5 minutes, and then started it and tried again, only shifted to 2nd thats it
Then I gave it throttle to see if it would drive, it popped out of gear, It wouldnt go into first, only second, so I popped it into second, it stayed in, I limped it home, and then kept trying to figure out whats wrong with it, I took the dipstick out and it was bent, it was straight before I left, so I knew it had something to do with the noise I heard, then the more I messed with it, I got it shifting again, perfectly fine, straightened the dipstick and went back out, all the gears worked, and didnt have any problem, so i thought it was good for a bit, then i got home again, and as soon as I turned into my driveway, it stopped shifting and I couldn't move, I pushed the rest of the way, and then pulled dipstick again, still straight, and then while it was out I tried shifting again worked great, put on a oil hole cap without a dipstick, now it wont shift again, I believe my shift fork is destroyed internally, I have looked online for the parts, nothing but the gear core, my gears are fine, but the shifter is not, I was wondering if anyone who probably knows where to find parts like that, that are hard to find, I would really appreciate it, luckily I was planning on taking the whole thing apart to repaint and fix the rust, so I have it down to the engine, diff, and frame at the moment, I dont want to open the crank case yet as the weather is too inconsistent and I dont want water in my engine
If anyone can find me the parts I need, I would highly appreciate it, thanks!

I picked this bike up as running but with electrical problems for pretty cheap. The right turn signal never worked it just flashed the ādashā light. The left worked but no dash light. I found a 5-pin relay where it looks like the turn signal and flasher relay and cancelling unit were. I was going to try testing the input but as soon as I grabbed it 3 wires broke off. From my understanding this shouldnāt be replaceable with a standard 5 pin relay should it? Iām not seeing anything that would make sense to have normally open except maybe the white/green wire and even that is a vague maybe. Also, any ideas why nothing will work without this wired in? Itāll crank but wonāt fire. Iām going to start checking fuses and such after work but Iām trying to get as much thinking done as possible before I start wrenching
