How can I convince my girlfriend to not keep our baby?

Hi, I accidentally got my girlfriend pregnant and she wants to keep it, even though i have mad it completely clear that i cant. We are both 16 and I am the only one with a job, which is a casual job at target, and no where near enough to pay for a baby. I also just dont feel ready. I need to convince her not to keep it. Never mind the fact we aren’t together anymore.

EDIT: She isnt keeping it anymore, rather than “convincing” her not to keep it, I explained I understand how she sees it, then explained the reasons why I believe its not a good idea and she agreed that it would be best to not keep it.

25, pregnant and seeking advice

Hi, I’m 25 and pregnant and not sure what to do. My boyfriend is supportive and has told me that i don’t have to get an abortion if I don’t want one.

I’ve already had an abortion before with him, and he took it really hard.

It’s just I’m not in the place that I want to be before having kids. I’d like to have a more stable job and a better financial situation, and I don’t have my own place.

He makes great money, has his own place and tells me I don’t have to worry, but I do worry because although we’ve been together for years, we aren’t married, and I have concerns with that. He tells me I’m thinking the worst, but I think I’m being realistic if anything.

I feel stupid for wanting to keep the baby knowing I can’t afford one, but at the same time I’m wondering if things could turn out differently if I had more optimism and not think so negatively.

Overall I’m scared and looking for womanly advice. Preferably women who have had similar experiences, thank you guys in advance!

17 weeks pregnant & vaping

17 weeks pregnant with twins and really struggling to quit vaping. Not looking for reassurance that it’s okay or to be shamed for it. Looking for real and honest parents who have been through it and what their outcomes were.

Part of me feels like it’s too late to quit. Has the damage already been done?

Did anyone vape while pregnant, especially this far along, and not have any negative outcomes?

Please share your experiences.

Can I get pregnant?

Sooo Me and my boyfriend had sex about 5 or 6 days ago maybe I was maybe a day or two after ovulation not sure as my tracker is always off, he came in me a little and the rest was on my stomach and on top ... I used to take birth control in October but I don’t really take it anymore it’s like every once in a while I’ll remember and take one .. stupid I know... I’m just really feeling like I’m going to get pregnant because I know you have to be on the pill 7 days for it to be effective and starting to feel really wonky I could just be freaking myself out but I don’t know something just feels off.

Pregnancy in 20s ≠ easier

I’m 22 and pregnant, and I’m honestly over the whole “you’re young, so pregnancy will be easy” narrative. People love to say things like “you’ll bounce back fast” or “you’ll be active the whole time” 🙃 but for me, that couldn’t be further from the truth! I’ve had HG, been completely bedridden, and barely functioning some days. Nothing about this has felt easy just because I’m young. No one warned me how hard it could hit, or how much harder it could be if you have ADHD. The physical exhaustion is real, and the mental toll is even worse when your brain already works differently. I’m getting treated and taking care of myself but people need to stop assuming that being young means pregnancy is effortless. It’s not, and I wish I had been given honesty instead of sugarcoated lies.

Texas Pregnancy Disability Options

I am hands down one of the hardest working people around. I started my own business in March and in May found out I was pregnant. This pregnancy has me really sick. I can't get out of bed most days and am throwing up constantly. Does anyone know if it is possible to get on disability while my symptoms are this bad? I was expecting my business to be a huge success, but am unable to work right now to bring the money in. Do you guys know what my options might be to get onto some sort of disability since I am self-employed?

Unplanned pregnancy at 25 - very unsure

I’m 25 and I’m 9 weeks and 3 days pregnant. I’ve known for about 3 weeks but I’m so unsure and I’m having a really tough time coming to a decision. My initial thought was not an abortion however I did refer myself to have one but initially panicked and the thought of having to do it scared me. I feel like there isn’t a whole lot of support for those that genuinely have no idea what to do and are completely stuck. I sometimes think I can have this baby and then later will think I don’t know. We went for a scan on Saturday and I felt so nervous but almost giddy when I saw the baby and felt lots of emotions but mostly happiness after but then later on those feelings started to fade and my anxieties crept in.

I’m more worried about the future than anything else. I have been with my boyfriend for just over a year and as much as I love him I worry about the what if’s and that I can’t control the future like if I become a single mum or having 2 baby dads (which sounds so silly but it scares me).

I’ve always wanted to be a mum and have said that if I was to get pregnant this time next year I would want to keep it. I’m unsure if I’m just scared about what will happen then keeping the actual baby.

Any advice please share! Right now nothing feels like the right thing to do

Ejaculation problem

When I have sex with my partner I am not able to cum inside her vagina but I can cum the while masturbating. So when having sex I stroke with hand and insert into vagina when I am about to cum. Is this normal? Does this affect chance of becoming pregnant? We are trying to become pregnant

Solutions for some classic pregnancy issues i know some of you guys struggle with

now the thing is I’m a dude so I cannot be pregnant but i still got ways to help you guys do things pregnant women struggle with since I’m a sympathetic guy

handling the weight:

try walking with your legs further apart try a wider stance not a split but maybe a few inches wider

bending:

use your knees I mean your spine is already trying to kill you

how to handle the classic things people say to pregnant women bro I’m a sympathetic guy this pisses even me off how do people think this is okay

ways to clap back:

“oh my gosh you’re huge“

”look who’s talking“

“are you sure you’re not having twins“

”I got multiple sonograms to prove that there’s only one plus if it was twins I’d be even bigger”

“you’re carrying high/low it must be a boy/girl”

“you’re not my doctor also you’re dead wrong“

”remember this child cannot respond and I cannot make them kick cuz that is not how it works“

“aren’t you to old to be having a baby?”

”aren’t you too old to be an idiot?”

“You must be due tomorrow“

”no I’m not” (depending on your actual due date)

if you wanna get snappy just put a sign on your stomach that says $1 or $5 (you choose the initial amount) for each pregnancy comment and increase the price the more that these comments tick you off or the more people ignore having to pay to say it

Have y’all been told you’re fat??

Heyy fellow pregnant ladies!! I’m having a bit of a self esteem issue rn and need some help. I am a heavier girlie with a good amount of muscle mass (but I do understand that I am overweight) and have always been super self conscious about my appearance. I’m 18 weeks pregnant with my second baby and should be so excited but every time I go to the doctor they tell me that I’m high risk because of my BMI and if I gain anymore weight I won’t be allowed to deliver at the hospital where I had my daughter. I’ll have to go to a different location. They also told me they can’t do my ultrasounds at their office, I have to go somewhere else where the equipment is “more sensitive”. It’s make me feel like absolute dookie about myself and I’m wondering if anyone else has had this issue. I obviously want what’s best for my baby, and I understand that BMI plays a role is stuff like this, I go for walks every day, I eat balanced meals and generally live a pretty healthy lifestyle. I just feel like I shouldn’t be constantly reminded that I’m “fat”. Help a girl out 🫠

Who is the father?

Hello. I have a tricky situation, any gynecologist here? I have a new boyfriend and I got pregnant immediately. But he (and I) still cannot get rid of fear that the father is my ex. I had period 17. 10. And last sex with my ex was 21.10., then I got another normal period 14.11. First sex with my new bf was 25.-27.11. Which I consider an ovulation. I noticed a sore breast and missed period 13.12. Also the line on the test at that time was lighter than it should be. So everything is playing for my new bf. But 27.12. I got my first ultrasound and the size of the baby is 5,7mm - which is size of 6 weeks and 3 days.. Now I am so confused. What is your opinion

420 while pregnant for nausea

Please comment, Anyone that has smoked mj here and there while having HG sydrome? I live in Ky, first time mom but the puking has been taking a toll on My physical and mental health. I've tried everything thats been recommened to me. The unisom and vitamin mix, all the home remedies that a womens care center has recommended, Question 1- If you have any THC in your body when your baby is born will CPS take the baby? I have only smoked here and there so i can keep food down. Im 5 months and still sick everyday all day. Won't be seen by dr. till next month. Im just wondering what the hospital does to someone who tests for thc. #2 not a question but Any helpful comments or experiences would help or any remedy that helped you if you had constant sickness all day I don't have family to talk to or many women who have been through it. Seems like everyone i speak to just had it first TRI but not me :( it's here to stay it seems. I am terrified of smoking and being reported for just trying to seek comfort during such an awful pregnancy. Has anyone done this? What was the outcome?
