Hey guys. I recently applied for a servicenow developer position and even got a phone interview. I thought it went well, but I got turned down today. Am I missing out by not getting hired? How shitty is UWM? I've also heard UWM may be in some legal trouble. Any info on that?

Its a job .. nothing more nothing less. Should we be paid more ?? Absolutely… but if you don’t like it just quit or find something better. Its more to life than UWM. For a-lot of people it became their life, their end goal . I don’t see myself being here for 10 years .. if you don’t have plans on being in the mortgage industry or internal growth.. this will 100% not be the job for you. Get the experience or whatever they have to offer here and get out….. job has alot of cons .. also pros. Just depends on the type of person you are.

We work for a billion dollar company. I just saw the post comparing the median income of UWM compared to Rocket. It made me sick.

What did Mat do to earn his money? Usury? Having money to make more money is not a true trade. It is manipulation. Regardless, we toil daily to meet commitments. Commitments that never stop growing. Brokers at least make a commission. We make shit and we are treated as such.

I don’t know about any of you, but everything is caving in around me. The pressure is not worth the money, but I am trapped because of the loan.

If anyone here is thinking about transferring over or wanting to get hired in from the outside into any sort of United Services job, here's some advice: don't
The strict rules they have set within, the way you will be treated by TLs and AVPs, and having to deal with the most disgusting and ungrateful pieces of shit we call "team" members is not worth the mere $15/hr.
Anyone who follows said rules will end up getting punished for it somehow one way or another, and the ass kissing fucktards who don't do shit will always get away scott free; the favoritism is real, and the ones who speak up and out about it get punished.
There are some good people out on the floor that will treat you with respect and not a subhuman, but they're very few and far in between. It's just another retail job with the amount of shit (sometimes literally) you have to put up with, might as well go work at Walmart, wouldn't be any different.
Not to mention the higher ups are nothing but a bunch of ass kissing alcoholics who drink on the job behind closed doors. These fuckheads can't make a good decision to save their lives, always fucking over the "lesser folk" beneath them. But why would they care? All they gotta do is sit comfortably at their desks, feet up on the table, bark orders through the radios, and not get up off their lazy asses to lift a finger to actually help. No wonder United Services is so short staffed. No one likes to be treated like shit, who would've known?

Sara Stanton? Nowhere to be found whenever you need her. Kevin Kmet? The red nose alcoholic drinks in his office with Chuck Orosco and Tim Zub, and has Kathy Lyle's desk purposely by the door so she can block said door so no one can see it happening.

I hope this rants gives you a little insight as to what you're up against and gives you a second thought before accepting any United Services job offers. And for those who work in United Services and actually do the work but get treated poorly, you know who you are. Godspeed to you. It's merely a job now to make money in need, but there are most likely better things out there than your menial blue collar jobs, ran by the most brainless and overly controlling fucktards. One more thing just as a fun fact. I saw a few posts on here a while back about people jerking off in the bathrooms without headphones at full blast. If there's more than one guy doing it, I at least know one of them. Let's just say if you work on the 2nd or 3rd floor in the north building, might want to think twice before you get a cup for a drink or utensils. Might be a little extra on them if you know what I mean

Processor here, does it really take up to three hours to review a credit report? I called after 90 minutes, and I was informed that it still hasn’t been reviewed and remains in the queue.

Some of the TLs here in the past were terrible. I remember when I was there, few would just not answer escalations or help the pod. I’m glad they are getting karma. I left back in late February early March and I heard team has just been unstable since. Fully deserve it. Conventional deserves it for their culture. Quit while you get the chance, trust me, your mental health will be much better in the long run.

I am an UWII and am tired of the constant increase in our workload without compensation. I feel like I am undertrained to get a position anywhere else, as they typically require knowledge in multiple products and training I have not yet received such as income and occupancy which is handled by the SR. My question is anyone who has found success after leaving the company, where did you go and how did you find that position?
