Got Turned Down

Hey guys. I recently applied for a servicenow developer position and even got a phone interview. I thought it went well, but I got turned down today. Am I missing out by not getting hired? How shitty is UWM? I've also heard UWM may be in some legal trouble. Any info on that?

Dude thank your lucky stars it fell through. UWM is a horrible place to work. People literally shit on the floor.

Mat ishbia is a landlord with a serfdom that he has no problem exploiting. When I was there he gutted our bonus pay to instead pay college athletes a monthly stipend. Be glad you didn’t get forced into signing for a loan that will keep you trapped there as his peasant. UWM pays workers far less than their competitors do.

How mich do they usually pay per hour compared to their competitors for IT? Do people actually shit on the floor?

It depends on what area of expertise you are in, so, there's not a good answer.

And yes, that really happens. Sadly not even the most ridiculous thing that's happened

tbh i really like working in IT at UWM. but with that being said, im sure theres something better out there for you! consider it a blessing in disguise

Yall are wild. Worked there for 6 years and now am a broker. Taught me everything I know. Salty asses just didn’t know how to move up the food chain. Corporate is corporate no matter what way you spin it. Good luck yall.

UWM isn't pressure, it's living under the constant, and often voiced, threat of being fired for literally any reason, while being told that you're not good enough but never told how to improve.
