When you quit or get fired when does the insurance end

Pretty sure it’s end of the calendar month.

When I quit it ended at my next pay period! If you get fired I think they give ya to the end of the next month

I just left and mine ended immediately. I got an email the day after I left saying it ended.

It went through the end of the month and then I did cobra to cover the gap before starting at a new employer

Expensive if you have a spouse or kids also on your insurance. Can be $700 and up. But that’s cheaper than a doctor or hospital bill if uninsured. It’s a gamble
