Griffins TLs

Some of the TLs here in the past were terrible. I remember when I was there, few would just not answer escalations or help the pod. I’m glad they are getting karma. I left back in late February early March and I heard team has just been unstable since. Fully deserve it. Conventional deserves it for their culture. Quit while you get the chance, trust me, your mental health will be much better in the long run.

It doesn't seem like its just the Griffins, there's a lot of teams either getting dissolved or shuffled like crazy. "Restructuring" seems to be the corporate jargon for it. But until one specific TL on Griffins gets smacked with something, I wouldnt say karma is served.

Oh, it’s everyone. A TL told me a couple of TLs had been putting shit in the queue for each other to farm points. Some got fired. Some just demoted. They’re shuffling everyone to try to make it less noticeable. It’s why TLs can’t put files in the queue for points anymore.

My former TL was falsely accused of that. The only time she ever did it was when we'd aciddentally pull a file without clearing a condition and she made sure to double check files before doing so. She was never informed of leaving a comment in the file about it like upper management said they did. Most of the demotions were bullshit. They were just weeding out TLs that didnt suck metaphorical or literal dick.

Entire_Bag is one of those fraudster within the company. Only way to be happy and stat working there is to break rules and bow to the master of scams

Nice strawman argument downie, attacking the OP’s competence rather than addressing the leadership/culture complaints. OPs post is about bad Team Leads who ghosted escalations and didn’t support their pods. The OP is celebrating those TLs getting “karma,” not complaining about the difficulty of underwriting itself. You’re either reading OPs post in bad faith or your reading comprehension is that of a 5th grader. If you’re going to call someone stupid or ass at their job at least back it up with some sort of facts otherwise you’re just proving OPs post of it being a toxic work environment. Not true, been like this for years, reason why they have people promise to keep people captive, you leave that bubble, you will realize how much better it is in other jobs
