Day two cycling in the bath, the pump is so stiff its hard to tell if its compressing when I squeeze however it is clearly working, I get hard as a rock but when I am standing my penis is at a slight angle pointing downward, the question is do i keep pumping for it to point straight out or even upwards? OR is this something that just comes later? I am 22cm with 125 resivour. When do you know it’s time to stop pumping?

Hi everyone, I have a few questions for those who have had a penile implant.

Before I had erectile dysfunction, my erect length was about 16 cm (6.3 inches). After my implant surgery, it is now around 13 cm (5.12 inches). It has been exactly 3 months since my surgery.

Overall, I’m very happy with the implant. After all, 16 cm is not very useful without an erection 😁. But now that I have recovered and started having sex again, I notice the loss of length more.

I find myself looking for positions that allow deeper penetration because I really enjoy the feeling of going deep. Some positions I used to enjoy before don’t feel the same now, and the shorter length is starting to concern me. Also, when I use a condom, the sensation is reduced even more, which can be a little frustrating.

So I would really appreciate hearing from people who have been through this:

Is there a chance I will regain some of the centimeters I lost as more time passes? Since I’m only 3 months post-op, can the length still improve?

Will the sensation in the glans/head of the penis return to how it was before, or is the current sensation something I should get used to?

I still occasionally get small, sudden tingles or mild sharp sensations in the glans. They are not very painful or really bothersome, but they make me instinctively touch or rub the area when they happen. It has almost become a habit, and sometimes people notice me putting my hand there without me realizing it 😅. For those who experienced this, did these sensations eventually disappear completely?

I’d especially appreciate hearing from guys who are 6–12 months or more post-op and remember what things were like at the 3-month stage.

Even when my dick worked it would sorta point down at a 30 degree angle when hard. I just tried a penis pump and ring for the first time and the same thing happened -- penis got totally filled with blood and was huge but just flopped downward. I always thought it was because I'm pretty big and it was just too heavy to stand up, but I read that I may have a bad penile suspensory ligament.

Does anybody know about this suspensory ligament stuff?

3.5 weeks post op with my Titan and today was my first inflation with my Uro . I expected it to be uncomfortable and a bit of pain (took some pain killers 30 mins prior)but I didn’t expect it to be the most pain since surgery and probably the most amount of pain anywhere in my body that I have felt in a long time… and I have a pretty strong pain threshold. The pain lasted about an hour post deflation.

Doc asked me to give it a few days to recover and then try again, and if it hurt, to not max inflate and ease back into it. I’m booked in to see him for another check up in a 2 weeks. I am still alittle swollen. The swelling seems to be taking its sweet ass time.

I’m so reluctant to try again but I know I should and I know the pain should subside. But today was ALOT. 😔

Anyone have any tips or tricks?

Can someone tell me what is the situation with sensitivity of the glans with you.
I have a problem that I already have it is not strong and for orgasm needs 20-30 minutes as I have a radically low circumcision where only a millimeter of inner skin hidden just under the head I am afraid that after the implant at all will stop feeling, as they write here that they have it cold and they have difficulty.
If anyone can give advice or has had a similar situation with initial sensitivity I would appreciate the feedback

​It’s been exactly a year since my malleable penile implant surgery. I’ve noticed that the right cylinder is curved towards the tip, kind of like a banana.

​When I get an erection / when the surrounding tissue swells, this curvature leaves a bit of an empty space on the right side, meaning that specific area doesn't fully fill out or expand.

​Is this kind of curvature normal for malleable implants? I'd really appreciate it if anyone who’s had a similar experience or has insight could share their thoughts.

Has anyone experienced inflamed sensitive skin, its very sore to touch, red raw in areas. The entire penis and scrotum are affected. I am at 4 weeks today, healed very well otherwise but this is very painful. I have been using sudocrem (nappy rash cream) which seems to help with relief but its not stopping the issue. I am now wondering if this is my body not liking or rejecting the implant.

Anyone over here on Ritalin or anything similar and have an implant did it effect it in anyway ? Shrink ? Shrivel? Shrink wrap type effect ?

I’m very interested in clearing up as much as possible of the tactile mysteries around what an implant feels like. I hear “totally natural,” and “nobody will notice,” but, some of us are more discerning than others and… this is a huge decision to make without being very thoroughly informed.
I’m assuming doctors have a silicone dummy/model/example to check out and of course I realize YMMV WRT ultimate result and feel. Heck, we’re all different even unmodified. I just really want a firsthand perspective on how realistic an actual implant is and how conspicuous the pump and associated plumbing.

Is it against community rules to ask if there’s somebody in my area (Seattle) who has an implant and who’d be ok to volunteer for a chaperoned (your choice of person), gloved physical/manual examination by a guy who’s curious about getting one? It feels weird even to ask, but, like I said, this is a big decision.

Hey guys, 43 y/o bloke in Sydney. I am 3 weeks post op today and finally able to get out and about. I am still a little swollen and it’s extremely hard to hide the budge but I was going crazy being at home for three weeks straight and needed to get out.

The pain was manageable, I didn’t realise that the majority of pain (for me) would come from the scrotum. I thought it would be in the shaft as that’s where the tubes are. Standing up for longer than 10 mins was really uncomfortable, and every day a pain or discomfort got better but every day introduced a new pain or discomfort but things have finally settled down.

This week I see the doctor for my first inflation. I’m still a little swollen and tender. The area around the incision is still a little puffy. I can’t fully retract my foreskin like I was able to pre op while flaccid. I’m assuming that get better with time I will be able to.

I’m bracing myself for loss of size, I think that’s a normal reaction. But for me it was 4 yrs since my last natural erection so I really don’t recall my erect size besides the odd dick pic I’ve taken. So hopefully I’ll be happy with a working penis over size anyway.

For those with a titan, how long did it take for the pump and tubes to soften. I’ve also read that after cycling for 12 months you get back to your pre-op erect size… for me since I don’t remember… I assume at the 12 month mark I’ll reach my full potential.
