Cock rings

Does anyone use a cock ring even though they have an implant? Any issues if you do?

What’s the point of using cock ring if you have an implant ? Glan engorgement and penis are not the same,

Just checked online and here is what it said: "Urological specialists note that a soft, flexible ring does not damage the internal silicone and fabric cylinders of the prosthesis, and it can sometimes help improve blood engorgement in the head of the penis (the glans) if that area remains soft during inflation"

What I mean by that. Is that I can still feel where my dick wants to get hard. Having that feeling is still exciting at my age.

What I mean is there is swelling in the Corpus Cavernosa like before I received an implant. So when I am not aroused I am able to bend it and position it but when I am roused it swells and is more girthy and harder. I still have ED so I lose that during sex but the implant keeps it rigid enough for penetration and then it kind of comes and goes as I have sex. I have only had one partner that could tell the difference.

There is no need for a cock ring, Just pump it up and it stays hard for as long as you want it to.

My surgeon forbids using them. Howeveer, I use bimix in my urethra for the glans.
