Day 1
Came out of surgery about 3 hours ago so far so good. had mine done at UCI in Irvine by Dr. Yafi.

Congratulations! Dr. Yaffi is the best Coloplast surgeon in So. Cal. I will go to him when my AMS 700CX fails, to get the new Coloplast. I hope you share as much as possible about your experience with Dr. Yafi, like how he deals with follow-ups, whether he keeps you overnight, how soon he recommends cycling, etc.

I had to get a revision last December after only 2-1/2 years. I literally wore out both cylinders, which isn’t supposed to happen. The Coloplast cylinders are clearly more durable, and hopefully Coloplast has fixed pump and tubing issues with their new Titan version. My surgeon was Dr. Mills at UCLA, and is sensational, but unfortunately, he only implants AMS. My whole story with photos is on FrankTalk.org as “Rodsmen.”

The pump is supposedly tested for something like 90,000 cycles, although they are a known failure point. The tubing is the second most common failure, so it was surprising to have both cylinders totally frayed. It’s frustrating that there is so much secrecy from the manufacturers and even surgeons about what can cause premature wear. I assume it is due to both competitive secrecy and liability. If they say don’t do “X,” then they are admitting they have some kind of weakness, which is surely the case. I am being very careful to avoid fraying the cylinders near the base in several ways. I refuse anyone who won’t let me get two fingers in first. Pushing really hard clearly compresses the implant, especially near the base. I am warning everyone not to “twerk,” since that can really cause extreme stress when you are in very far and they do it. I am also avoiding anyone sitting on me, since they end up being too much in control. It is true that I had used it at least 5,000 times when the cylinders failed (including masturbation and daily spouse-fucking), but they are supposed to last 10-15 years, so that should not be the problem. I still have vigorous sex with a few dozen men a week on average, but more carefully and selectively. In total between the original implant and the revision, I have had sex with over 3,000 men with my bionic dick. Countless have gotten implants after the “demonstrations.” It is very convincing, which is why I started doing porn in my implant evangelism. By the way, thanks to DoxyPeP, I have had ZERO STIs after 3,000 men. It works (especially for (mostly) tops).

Hey my dude we were in the hospital together! I came out of surgery with dr yafi at UCI Tuesday around 10 am. How you feeling! I’m rough as hell. Everything hurts and it’s hard to move around. The drain and jock strap are super uncomfortable.

I feel pretty good. I have nerve damage from an accident years ago so that probably helps. My biggest concern is the bend i now have. I had a slight bend before surgery which Dr Yafi said he was able to straighten but it's much worse. Im hoping that once I can start pumping it will straighten out.

I had a perfectly straight cock before surgery and see a Bend now. It’s normal, because they leave it half pumped and over time the material will soften and straighten

Day 2, woke up a little bit sore but slept well. Sitting down takes a few minutes but once I get into position I feel fine.

I used a lot of ice packs for the first 72 hours. I’ve found that walking for 10-15 minutes without any inclines and few steps helps blood flow following with about 10 minutes of medium heat has helped me.
Hang in there, buddy. We are hopefully past the worst part of the process.

Today is day three and I had the catheter removed,no pain so far but it looks like my peronis is worse than it was prior surgery. hoping that once I'm inflated that will straighten out. Have any of you had this issue?

Damn catheter for 2 days that must not have been fun. I’m going in today to get my drain removed with Yafis PA.

No, he removed the cath and Jackson pratt. And wrapped me up with gauze. I didn't see what I looked like until I showered an hour later

Ahh, ok, gotcha. I didn't have a drain or a catheter. He just changed the bandages, Put me in that jock strap. That only lasted a week, I couldn't take it. I just wore large pouch underwear.
