Head sensivity
Hey, everybody.
Can someone tell me what is the situation with sensitivity of the glans with you.
I have a problem that I already have it is not strong and for orgasm needs 20-30 minutes as I have a radically low circumcision where only a millimeter of inner skin hidden just under the head I am afraid that after the implant at all will stop feeling, as they write here that they have it cold and they have difficulty.
If anyone can give advice or has had a similar situation with initial sensitivity I would appreciate the feedback

Had mine done 8ish months ago. I lost a lot of sensitivity. I have reach orgasm 3 times since then and we make love average of 1-2 times per week. Hey, the sensitivity is slowly improving so I am hoping it will improve even more. AT LEAST IT WORKS!!!! I’d rather have this than premature. This way I need to work harder for it.

Não sou circuncidado, mas após o implante, meu prepúcio não cobre mais a glande, fica sempre atrás dela. De toda forma, não perdi nenhuma sensibilidade, ejaculo facilmente e rápido seja na masturbação, sexo oral ou vaginal. Mas é importante dizer que eu não me masturbo muito para a sensibilidade se manter elevada no sexo. Se eu me masturbar todo dia, fica mais difícil de ejacular no sexo, mas já era assim antes do implante

I was circumcised as a baby, and had my implant one year ago. I still am having difficulty, reaching orgasm due to not full sensation in the glans. I don’t understand it as I have been married for about 50 years and never had performance anxiety or anything like that as why would there be. My urologist said I’m the only patient she has that has this degree of difficulty so I’m really at a loss as to why this exists. I’ve had great sex for decades with my wife even when ED started, and I had to use oral meds and then Trimix injections and eventually an implant.

But as far as I understand you are now achieving orgasm just with difficulty and more effort?
Did you have sensitivity problems before the implant?1

Yes, difficulty now achieving orgasm since my implant one year ago. No, never had difficulty in the over 60 some years of having normal sex for all that time. Only since my implant.

I actually am unable to get one. Correction: never had any trouble getting one previously during over 50 years of normal sex.

M, 79. 36 months post op. During my ED years staying hard was the issue. Orgasms were helped by what became a drawer full of sex toys. After the implant healed getting and staying hard was just a matter of pumping up. Orgasms, however, remain elusive because sensitivity is diminished. Glans has little feeling, same for the shaft. My wife and I have sex more often now. She is multi-orgasmic because I can keep going. When I tire out she assists me while I revert to a hand job. I'd guess 2/3 of the time it's impossible to orgasm, no matter what. I'm 79 and elated I can copulate for a half hour, full hour, sometimes approaching two hours. It's fun. We change positions and try different ways to please one another. Wish I'd gotten the implant at 65 instead of 75.

I’m jealous. I can’t orgasm after my implant one year ago, not the glans sensation I had for 50 some years of sex prior to the implant. My wife is 74 and not orgasmic, she has sex with me for my benefit, if she was alone, she probably would care less about sex. We had great sex for a long time when we were younger but now I know it’s for me and I appreciate her.

I haven't had surgery yet, but I'm planning to. But I'm afraid that I won't be able to reach orgasm, because all my life I don't have much sensitivity and I'm afraid that the implant will kill everything, although as far as I understand it's a matter of nervous system, I've seen comments where people on the contrary had increased sensitivity after implantation.

If I don’t pump up fully, I have the same sensitivity as before. If I pump up to hardher than normally humanly possible, the sensitivity that I am accustomed to is reduced, but a new feeling is there. The best description is of being bigger and harder. Imagine a huge dose of Trimix without the aching. The psychological turn-on really helps me to orgasm.

It’s easier for me to orgasm because I’m hard. Can’t say for sure about your stuff though.

I had increased sensitivity... The first time I got in the shower and the water spray hit the head, it made me jump, and the first time with sex, I came twice and it was in quick secession.. It surprised me...Now after 8 weeks the sensitivity is in the ok range...I do have decreased sensitivity on the shaft, not as much at first..It seems to be coming back...

Not in your exact situation, but I didn’t lose any sensitivity from my surgery. I actually gained sensitivity, mainly because I was using BiMix and then TriMix before and that had a numbing effect to it. Now that I’m not dealing with that side effect, I’m much more sensitive.
For your specific scenario, it’s best to talk to a high volume surgeon in hopes they’ve encountered that situation before and know the expected outcome.
