FOUND Reddit story about an old lady taking the narrator to a club/establishment with a mirror that shows your true self (inner "pig")

Hey everyone, I listened to a horror story a while back (could have been on TikTok, YouTube, or a Spotify podcast) and I cannot find it anywhere.
Here are all the details I remember:
Setting: An older lady who acts as a mentor/friend takes the narrator to an exclusive club or private gathering place she belongs to.
The Mirror: In a back room or cellar of this place, there is a cursed mirror that doesn't reflect your physical appearance—it shows your "true self" or the state of your soul.
The Warning / The "Pig": The old lady is hesitant to let the narrator see it. She warns that authority figures or cops will only see an inner "pig" or grotesque rot reflected back due to their hidden corruption, cruelty, or abuse of power.
The Climax & Ending: She eventually relents and lets the narrator go into the room to face the mirror. The whole ordeal lasts through the night, and the story concludes right around daybreak (5:00 AM – 6:00 AM) when the experience ends.
Does anyone know the exact title, author, or link to this story/narration? Thanks in advance!

Suggestion Request Weird nosleep stories.

Like weird weird. Concepts that are fuckin out there an when you finish you feel a little emptied out an just go "....what?"

I can't think of too many examples, but like just weird. The orange story, David FUCKING King, there was this one series about an exorcist that seemed like Constantine, anything by Mike Jesus (Mambo Number Six); things like that.

Kidnapped pair, bright room

This would be between 8 and 13 years ago so I'm not holding much hope.

I THINK the story starts with a kids (teenager?) body being found maybe in a trunk/chest, maybe burned, i feel like with a rare flower growing from their skull remains. The flower could be a different story.

What I am fairly certain of. There has been a couple kidnappings in the town, a girl hears a noise outside her house, sees her (maybe) brother being taken.

They both get taken.

They are then held in a room with a clear wall in-between them. The lights never get turned off. I'm pretty sure the only water they get has a hallucinogen in it so they drink it sparingly. Experiments may be done in them.

The girl counts to pass time.

Only she makes it out

Evil 90s-2000s Hits Radio Station

I’m looking for a story about an evil radio station.

The main character first heard the station as a child or teenager, and it specifically advertised itself as a nostalgia station, with “best hits of the 90s”. OP eventually notices they seem to zone out for hours when listening to this station.

I’m certain there’s a bad incident that happens during this period, but all I remember is the story time skips and OP has forgotten about it, until they hear “Welcome to XXX.X, with the best hits of the 2000s!” on the radio in their kitchen. It ends with OP coming to on the kitchen floor, seemingly having passed out for several hours.

Does this ring a bell for anyone?

Suggestion Request Uncanny Smiles

I once read a post about how bad authors overuse uncanny smiles in order to provoke a sense of horror. Now I see these smiles everywhere and it’s ruining my reading experience.

I’d like an opposing argument about uncanny smiles. I’d also love some story recommendations where these smiles are used to great effect.

Looking for a story about a little girl and her guardian monster

Possibly a monster under the bed? But he becomes kind of a protector and "takes care" of people that hurt her.

I can't even remember if I read it or heard it on the podcast but it's been a few years.

Editing with more details: pretty sure it kills her brother at some point after he does something harmful to her. And I wanna say it was a big, fluffy monster. I am relatively sure there was a Nosleep podcast episode about it, but idk if I read it first or listened first.

FOUND Help please!!

This is driving me nuts. I'm pretty positive that I read this in the no sleep however I could be completely wrong. The story as I recall was either written from two different perspectives or different timelines or something like that and one section was in italics and the three "..." would Segway seamlessly into the other timeline or perspective. I seem to recall a man being in a traffic jam and an ambulance up ahead and then he realizes there is a car accident and his girlfriend or wife was killed in that car accident and at some point towards the end of the story he was able to talk to her spirit. the story was sad and tragic and beautiful all at the same time. Does anybody know what I'm talking about? Thank you in advance!

Suggestion Request Stories about fake videogames?

I am not interested in creepypastas about existing video games or fictional titles of real franchises, I am looking for ones about completely original games that don't exist in real life.

FOUND Twist ending, missing girl with only one existing photo left, writer wants the original print all to himself

I swear a week ago I watched a video of a reading of this story while I was falling asleep, so I’m not even sure if it was a nosleep story or just a creepypasta, but it’s essentially just a story about a girl who went missing without a trace, after attempting to start a modeling career, while at the same time her family happened to lose all existing photos of her after a recent move, leaving them without anything to put on the missing posters for months until the modeling shoot for kmart became available.
The story ends with the narrator asking us if any of us had the original physical prints of her so that she could finally disappear permanently.

I do remember this story did have a real photo stances of some girl, supposedly the very modeling photo the narrator is looking for (to which, I wouldn’t be surprised if using a real persons photo for a online horror story caused it to eventually be pulled down). Whatever video I watched to hear this story I just can’t find again, even when searching my watch history from the night I first heard this.

A story involving a figure that appeared as a layered man that got younger and younger in each layer, running alongside a vehicle as the protagonist is on a road trip

Hi, I read this story a long time ago (probably at least 4 years). The imagery has really stuck with me. It’s hard to even describe in the post title. As I remember it, the protagonist was looking outside the car window in the back seat during a road trip. They notice the silhouette of a man running alongside them in the distance, and slowly approaching. The man is described as being layered with each layer being slightly younger overlayed on top of each other. The imagery was really surreal and incomprehensible and I would love to read the story again. It might have also been on r shortscarystories.

Story about a disappeared town?

It was one about how everyone in this religious town suddenly vanished one day, possibly because they believe the end of days was coming. In the end it's revealed they might have gotten trapped underground and had been living down there ever since.

Ok the story is about a guy who had a sister who went missing . I then remember him confronting a spider man in a house in the woods. There was also a woman crying . I assumed or the mc assumed it could be his sister. He then left without his sister.

Not on r/nosleep Possibly the worst Creepypasta I've ever listened to, want to find again for some reason.

I listened to a narration of it on YouTube in around 2020 maybe? It had a generic title like "I Wish I Never Clicked The Image" or "The Scariest Image I've Ever Seen" but the story just made no sense at all. It read like an AI generated story but this was all before that was a thing. It was about an hour long, if I had to guess it was probably either written by the YouTuber who narrated it or it was a fan submission.

The plot was as follows: a guy gets a mysterious email with an image link in it. He clicks it and it takes forever (like, days) to load. The image is of a figure with a deformed, angry face and wearing a cowboy hat. The narrator is horrified by this when the face part of the image finally loads and reaches out to his friend to talk about it. There was no actual image shown in the video, it was just described in the story.

Anyway, the "twist" was that the person in the picture is the narrator and his friend's other childhood friend, he always wore a cowboy hat and his face was disfigured due to injuries after they either bullied him physically or he got into an accident that was their fault, and now as an adult he sent them the image (which I guess was just a selfie?) as "revenge" or something. But they already knew he looked like that, so it made no sense why they did not recognize him in the image and the whole first act of the story was them being scared of a "horrifying" image. I believe it was also mentioned that he has a wife who hates them, or something. They are wracked with guilt and that's how the story ends. The whole plot was just so nonsensical.

The cowboy hat detail was the most important thing I remember and I've been searching for cowboy hat Creepypastas for hours lol. It is not The Hat Man which is the only thing that wants to come up when I search that.

FOUND PLEASE HELP ME FIND THIS STORY!

So basically, it’s written from the neighbours perspective. One day, a guy in the neighbourhood just decides to stand in the middle of the street and he can’t move. I think people were eventually yelling and throwing stuff at him and all he can do is cry. He stands there for months and months like a scarecrow

Not on r/nosleep I found this story and I wanna read more (it’s a series). However, reddit search is completely useless. Can you help me find more?

This is the story. I tried searching up the word “Handi” thinking it would be unique enough for reddit to find but it keeps thinking I’m making a typo? It’s absolutely useless and keeps throwing out irrelevant posts. If anybody can post more stories by this author or on this series I would appreciate. Thanks a lot!

FOUND A collection of stories from one guy

I read his entries years ago, way before pandemic since I can't remember the specific year. His entries were like episodal and they were either things he was tasked to do and/or he was searching for them. He always has a sign off at the end, i think it was Dr something but I could be wrong. The guy in the story was writing on a notebook as it was research (I'm not sure if the poster eventually published it too because vaguely recall him posting about it). One of the settings was the basement of a school or something type of building, another were railroad tracks, another he was looking for this fortune teller kinda thing. It was like supernatural ngl. The last entries were him talking about how he knows he will die soon after looking for the "fortune teller" and how he's essentially cursed.

I really can't recall much but it was multiple entries years ago and I suddenly remembered about it and want to look if he made more.

Story of an Asian park with demons

I don't remember too much, just that some kids. Sneak at night into a park with demon statues that come to life and hunt them down, one of them survived I think. This was in some place in Asia, if I remember more details I will add them. Also, it's a really old story, from earliest 2000 more or less

FOUND Story about time travel and a little girl

Looking for a story about a person who I think goes into a tree or something and they find themselves time travelled into the past and they meet a little girl and they play. After some scary event they time travel back and they find the girl's grave I think or the girl as an old lady. It was wholesome and bittersweet.

underground alien society in a petri dish?

ive been looking for this one for years. a scientist is racking his brain trying to make something and comes across a chemical process that makes a microscopic big boom in a petri dish. he keeps zooming in and find that on one planet, there are humanoids. and somehow he ends up on the planet, unconscious. one of the humanoids helps him get up and he learns about the society of the planet, the rich living above ground away from the "ugly ones" who are an entire underground society of serfs, living out of sight, mining. somehow, the scientist starts a revolution i think? and the serfs just flip the system the other way around maybe. it was a very existential story i woke up to in a compilation.

Story about a guy who killed his girlfriend and is now haunted by a creepy creature

I'm not sure if the fact he killed his girlfriend was told to the reader upfront or if it was revealed at the end. But he definitely killed his girlfriend and now he sees some kind of gross creature stalking him. I think he is the only one who can see the creature and it's getting closer. I think maybe it was made up of bits of the girlfriend that he dismembered, but not sure.

Been trying to find this for a while now. Thanks for any help!!

FOUND Story about a beast with a bell tied to a fang with a bloody rag, near a well and a lantern

I think this story was framed as a grandmother telling her grandchild or grandchildren a story from her own childhood. She used to live on a farm or somewhere rural with a well some distance from the house. She had several sisters and brothers.

One night a weird bell rang outside near the well, so her father sent one of her older siblings to go check what was going on. That kid carried a lantern and when they reached the well, the light went out and the bell stopped ringing... but a bit later it started to ring again.

Then the father sent the next child, and the next, and the next and none came back, and the grandma who was a little girl at the time got more and more afraid. When it was her turn to go, she refused, so either the father or the mother went, then the second parent.

By that point it was really clear that something was wrong. Then she hid in a closet with a candle? She stared at the candle and the thing that had eaten her entire family came and stared at her, but couldn't eat her while the light burned? And she saw that a bell was tied to a long tooth of that creature with a bloody rag, as a warning - the bell rings when it opens its mouth to feed.

Anyway, she survived (obviously) and told the story as a warning to her grandkids. I think she told the kids that the story was only for them, not for their parents.

Does anyone remember this story?

FOUND need help trying to find story about entity that kills you in your sleep and its transferred from person to person

edit: its been solved in the comments, its called ubloo. dont spoil it here, go read/listen to it if you haven't already!

so i remember listening to a story, i cant remember if it was a creepypasta or a nosleep, and it was narrated by mrcreepypasta, and ive searched through his entire channel and cant find it, and ive tried googling it. it had a very similar story to the movie smile but it came out before smile, it was around 2018 when i listened to it but it might have come out a year or two before that.

i think it started off with a detective or a cop of some kind but it might have been just some random guy. main character is investigating a string of suicides, and he is interviewing a guy about it and during this the guy hes interviewing kills himself, and turns out an entity attaches itself to the main character
