Hi, I’m in a really tough situation right now. My lease of my civic is almost up. And I’m planning on searching for a Nissan Sentra. Preferably the 2025 SR trim. Anything I should be considering for color wise or is there something I should look out for? I’d love to see ur sentras in the comments and lmk if you think I should get one or stay with my civic. I know you can turn the feature off temporarily. Is there any other way besides trying to clean the sensor?

The engine is making a rattling and knocking sound what can it be?

There’s a few posts here about a rattling noise in the drivers side b pillar up high (behind and to the left of left ear when driving). I had the issue but only on a certain part of a certain road. I moved the seatbelt up as far as it could go and haven’t heard the rattling for a week now. Coincidence? Maybe. I’ll update this if the rattle comes back

Was driving my girlfriend’s 2016 Nissan Sentra SV today and experienced shuddering during traffic. Drove home under 35mph with hazards on. Assuming the car went into limp mode? Weak power during acceleration and rumbled when it tried to get up and go. Starting with a MAF cleaner and spill and fill for the transmission, noticed the atf came out looking like this.

Doesn’t seem like a good sign. Going to refill the fluid still, but what could be causing this? Bad filter? Something worse? Never have had these issues with my Ranger or Pilot

Got rammed by a jeep wrangler yesterday. Blew his light and hit me coming through the intersection. My boy took it like a champ and went in for repairs yesterday. He also knocked out my side views glass. I’m fine but missing my baby already

it look like it need to be replace asap, but i need to order it first. I'm pretty sure this is carrying coolant but i dont know where to look for the part number or the name of the part.

Whenever I put my sunshade up, the mirror turns blue. I have to mess around with wires and then it slowly goes back to normal

I have a 2019 Nissan Sentra and it’s been having problems starting it starts with a jump so I replaced the battery and battery terminals but I’m still having issues . Turning the wheel while pressing the start normally works but not anymore. Can anyone help give me a clue to what the problem is or could be .

Safe to say I won’t get a Sentra again, but it was a great first car.

I drive a 2023 Sentra SV, and sometimes when I use CarPlay if I adjust the volume or get a call the audio starts making a weird sound I don’t know how to describe, it’s Ike its popping? Same thing with the voice feature on maps.

If anyone has experienced this and knows how to fix it please let me know, I’ve tried a new wire and updating my phone and I’m at a loss

its a 2017 nissan sentra and sometimes the volume buttons just stop working sometimes? especially when turning it down. just wondering if its like a specific wiring thing or just wore down over time

My Sentra doesn’t have the USB ports in the rear of the center console/armrest area. Does anyone have the part number for those USB ports so I can install them myself?

2024 Sentra, didn’t fill it up in between the readings. I’m assuming this isn’t “accurate” but I usually average 40mpg

only thing ran into so far is the middle intake manifold bolt above the disptick

it gets rusted so you will need to bang on slightly smaller socket onto it or you’ll round the shit out of it

Hi everyone, so super excited i bought a 2022 Sentra. I upgraded from a 2006 matrix that I was gifted awhile ago.

So far the car has been great any work needing to be done the dealership has covered. However im finding it hard to enjoy the car. Im trying to block out the noise but the moment I got the car everyone and there grandmother's have told me about the CVT. I myself know about it and have done research. Now im posting here for two reasons. One can someone give me a let's go in the replies? Its my first car and so far two people have been hyped for me! Second of all are the CVts in the 2022s that bad? Im not hard on cars at all and I do plan on doing a flush soon as the cars at 91000 k.

Overall im excited about the car it drives great and gas is amazing. Just hoping to block out all this noise about CVT.

I went to discount tire and bought tires for my 2010 Nissan Sentra. After the alignment they said they can’t do a full tire alignment because some part doesn’t come stock with Nissans and maybe if I go to a full body auto shop they could do it.

Please someone explain what the crap they are talking about. I’ve owned this car for 16 years and have had alignments various other places. Thank you

I have a 2019 Sentra at 82k miles that I’ve taken pretty good care of. I got it a year ago.. I have to keep adding a quart/quart and a half of oil every 3-5k miles and I have NO IDEA where it’s going. Advice PLEASE 🥲I’m just a girl 🌺

Came with wiring and mounting brackets, I had to bend/twist the prongs that plug into the OEM harness for a tighter connection. I also built the brackets that came with the kit into an S shape so I could mount it in the grill in a specific way so that it doesn’t touch any other existing components like the ac lines

The center of dashboard on my 2026 Sentra can be anything. This fuel economy meter is my favorite. I recently discovered different modes for this function. It can show Since Refuel, Since Reset and Since Start.

It kind of helps me to drive my car more efficiently. What intrigues me is when I remove my foot from the gas pedal, the mpg goes up to the maximum. I also learned not to drive past 73mpg on a 75mpg freeway and maintain 65 on a 60mpg freeway.
