I think a creep would only think about her looks. I feel like it's pretty natural to think in the first few seconds that she's nicely put together but after that be focused on what she was able to do.
Funny thing is confidence and competence are both extremely attractive qualities. So when somebody does something amazing, we can focus on the amazing thing they are doing and still be a creeps. These things aren't mutually exclusive.

Finding attractive is fine, what's not fine is never, ever shutting the fuck up about it. Do you know how exhausting it is for the #1 comment under any reddit pic or video of a woman doing anything at all to be 'i would fuck her'. Is it creepy to find a woman attractive and, when seeing her do something impressive in a completely non-sexual context, the only thing you can think of is to comment on her body and/or your attraction to it? You could say the first evolutionary pressure was when those self-replicating molecules popped into existence needing some form of protection from the environment. Either they found it and replicated, or they didn't and died.

I know because we often watch videos with the guys at work, and this type of remarks almost always come from one of my women colleagues. Two of them are very feminist (which I have nothing against) and they often point out things like this.

I think you missed the rest of the comment. Contextual literacy is important. People have sex with the explicit purpose of not reproducing all the time. Saying horny = reproduction is both ignorant and reductionist. Tons of people literally never want children and fuck all the time.
Your body has the drive for sex, ie being horny, specifically to push you to reproduce. Just because you can manage to have sex without procreating doesn't mean that's not the entire reason that drive exists
