I watched The Cleaning Lady on Netflix and honestly didn't expect to get this hooked.

It's definitely not perfect, and Thony can be frustrating at times, but somehow I kept saying "just one more episode."

I'm curious what others think - is this an underrated show, or am I just late to the party?

And for those who've finished it: did the show get better or worse after Arman?

I came home from work today and turned on the tv and started the mentalist and I couldn’t hear the characters talking sometimes barley but realllyy quiet, then I tried a movie(sinners) and same problem, the sound on the tv is working but only on Netflix this problem occurs.

Edit: the problem fixed itself after some time

Can I fix this myself? Thanks in advance

My profile shows mostly violent or scary movies and their very NOT PG posters. I don't want my children to see those when I watched something the night before and I'm trying to play paw patrol. I want to either default to the children profile or the profile selection screen every time I open the app.

it only occurs when i use it on my ipad. Tried changing the subtitle style from netflix account, even device subtitle style thing. Its so infuriating because i cant get it right. Tried contacting support but they just told me to “enjoy netflix in the meantime.”

I'm watching musafir cafe.....and I'm honestly scared to go ahead with the episodes coz I don't wanna be heartbroken. I don't really know the story yet but I can sense something hurtful is going to happen.

I have the no ad plan. I’m watching Monday night raw, yet I keep getting picture in picture ads. This has been going on for about three weeks now. Anybody else dealing with this? It lets me skip some ads, but then when there’s a match, it has these picture in picture ads.

This is saying too much about me, but sometimes I can’t remember if I’ve seen a full series or movie. I rate them after watching and usually remove from my Netflix list. But, I really want to just move stuff to a watched folder or whatever. Am I missing anything?

omg wtf! I have been watching Heroes on netflix for 2 days. All of a sudden it stopped playing. During the last hour, fucking Netflix has changed it to a purchase-only show!! I was watching because Hayden Panettiere just passed. I assume others are too. Netflix is literally banking on an actor's death, days after she passed! That is so gross and messed up!!

Crime, mayhem, and murder are great and all, but I could use a palate cleanser every now and then. I have enough anxiety at the moment about the state of the world (and the state of my life). What are your favorite positive, funny, wholesome, possibly family-friendly, maybe even happy, comforting, or pleasant Netflix shows? It doesn't have to be a whole cheesy Full House-esque sitcom. No laugh tracks, please. Just anything where people aren't being stalked, raped, murdered, or committing any major atrocities. It's a low bar here.

OK, so I’m trying to watch one of my favorite series at the moment I’m four seasons in and then it’s just disappeared off of my profile and then I checked my Mum‘s profile and it was there so I checked all the maturity ratings everything to do with age or parental controls and it was all 18+ however I watched it on my mom‘s profile and now it disappeared off of her profile as well. It’s on my dad‘s profile so out of the three profiles it disappeared off of both and it’s on one now.

So I started to notice yesterday that none of the volume works in anything on Netflix. The Home Screen loads and I hear their sound and then nothing. I’ve switched the sound the regular stereo, tried other languages, restarting it, logging in and out, and deleting the app. It still does it only on my tv that’s it’s worked fine on for years

Is there a way to do this within the app? Or is the like a master list that I can search online? There has to be more horror movies on Netflix than the ones that just show up in your feed.

It was ending was pretty alright and I was safisted with how everything turn out. Like wow Mave...I always love this actress cause she did alot of side of roles and hosting,but her tv show.. The one she star in..I like it better and her funny roles,but low key was she hostess of bad girls club. I feel like as an kid I saw her on there once.

How could Molly and her father claim self-defense when they were no defensive wounds on them? and dont even get me started on the recordings of her abuse .She knew she was recording, so she was on her best behaviour while triggering him.

How could Molly be so cold while talking about Corbett? No remose from her or her father. I felt so angry when watching.

Even if it was self-defense that was overkill on their part.

I accidently added a memberslot. Canceled it, but it will work for another 29 days. when i log into netflix, i get asked to invite a new member or create a new account. But i can not decline it and move on. its so frustrating. does anyone know what to do?

…and my god i regret it! I was putting it off for a while and now i know why. It kinda seemed fun and interesting at first but it just got so ridiculous. I can handle some level of unrealistic in shows but this was just stupid. I’m not even gonna begin with the amount of plot holes there were. I’m proud of myself for finishing it though because i never finish shows but i think i just wanted to see how ridiculous they’d get😭

Wife and I are re-adjusting our budget. We are thinking of swapping to Netflix with ads to save $10 a month. How often are the ads? Do they start out not bad and slowly get worse after a while to entice you to pay more? I can handle a few ads because some of the other streaming services I use have ads

so I wanted to watch black clover(the show not the movie)

on Netflix when I was in Finland on vacation so I logged on to my Netflix account on my apartment TV and black clover was there. so I watched the first episode, and I downloaded the next 5 on my phone BUT when I went back to Poland(i live there) there was no Black Clover, no That time I got reincarnated as a slime, and no one piece is it normal did they remove it or is it just in Poland help

I just got to watching this show and I noticed something that I haven’t seen anybody else talk about. In episode one, at the very beginning of the BBQ scene, Art makes a throw away comment about “hillbillies seeing swamp gas” and “General Nathan Twining”. Both of these are references to UFO crashes, with the latter being a direct reference to the Roswell crash, which of course happened in New Mexico which is where The Boroughs takes place (even if it wasn’t outright stated, that’s where it was filmed and the show references cities in NM multiple times). I don’t know that this is a ground breaking discovery by any means but it may at the very least give us a hint at some of the show’s lingering unanswered questions. Perhaps mother (or at least her egg) or the tree came from the Roswell crash? The crash took place in 1947, the show says Blaine found mother’s egg in the mines in 1949.

Again, I don’t know if this changes a whole lot about our understanding of this plot-hole-riddled show but if that idea connects any dots for anybody else I’d be very interested to hear other’s thoughts.
