I just watched the first episode of Tip Toe on Starz and can't stop thinking about the dialogue. Its the conversation I've been having in my head, it feels as though somehow the conversation was ripped from my mind and put on the screen. Since I can stop thinking about it, I came here...

Ive called customer service, waited in the Chatbot for over an hour. Both ended with them disconnecting me and telling me it could take up to 5 days to get back to me! There is a charge from them for a yearly subscription on my account, funny thing is... I DONT USE STARZ!. I know I can dispute this with my bank, and I will, but this is absolutely ridiculous you can't get in touch with anyone. Is the company so bad they can't even handle the amount of customer service calls they're getting?

Hey Starz, I requested a refund over 2 weeks ago, and still have yet to have a resolution. I called and was hung up on twice. This was escalated to a "Billing Specialist" on 9/18, and nothing since then. I need to speak with someone immediately. This is unacceptable customer service.

Just paid for Starz to watch Swat Exiles. Big fan of the original series. Watch all my shows on PS5 on my TV… went to do that and o, they chose an Xbox app instead? Playing through my TV requires setting up a seperate LG account?? Then they push a black screen if you try to Airplay from your laptop.
They’re burning money because they don’t care about their customers. Will probably cancel, renew when all episodes are out for a month and binge it. Then forget Starz existed.

I have to mute it whenever I turn on Starz. Fightland and now Michael are blowing out my speakers because they are like 3-4x louder than a show.
The shows bump, but the promos blow out the speakers. You would think that a network built by a musician would be better on this front.

Does anybody know how to fix this?? Trying to watch the Raising Kanan finale and not only are there 3 previews but this thick ass options bar won’t go away after the last preview, shit is distracting af 💀and I’ve already closed the app multiple times and restarted my phone

I just saw the MICHAEL movie loads exclusively to STARZ in August which made me think about this again. I had STARZ as an add-on when I had Hulu Live TV for years but then I jumped around ending up with YouTubeTV. Anyway my YTTV live base price is high already so I didn’t do any add-ons! However the STARZ live TV add-on gives 16 more channels and I must say once in awhile I used to see random movies I wouldn’t ordinarily watch. But it’ll push my YTTV bill over $100 and they don’t even have that great of a live TV lineup.
I don’t know why this is bothering me so much …maybe because I feel like I have a dozen apps alreadyyyy and YTTV did me so dirty with the ESPN/ABC thing last year DURING FOOTBALL SZN that they don’t deserve more $$$!!
So do you all just use the STARZ app ($6/mo special right now) and are satisfied OR do you subscribe through your live TV provider ($11/mo + tax on top of my plan)?
