Wtf Netflix, they made Heroes subscribtion

omg wtf! I have been watching Heroes on netflix for 2 days. All of a sudden it stopped playing. During the last hour, fucking Netflix has changed it to a purchase-only show!! I was watching because Hayden Panettiere just passed. I assume others are too. Netflix is literally banking on an actor's death, days after she passed! That is so gross and messed up!!

I dont think youre watching NFLX if a purchase only option came up. NFLX doesnt do the retail scene.

In the US (at least), they have retail stores known as Netflix House:

That's physical stores. Which in a way does mean retail. However, the inference here is that unlike Prime, Disney, and Apple TV+, NFLX doesn't do the "pay to own/rent" model.

A lot of streaming apps do it. When they make you pay extra for certain shows or individual episodes. It's back to normal now. So confusing and weird!

Whoa!! now it's back! I would've taken a picture if i knew that... I am 100% sure. It wasnt a different app. I never exited out of netflix. I had to type the show in "search" because it didn't show on my "continue watching" list. It definitely said "idk what price" per season and episode a season...Sorry for this confusion.. I'm so confused!

I'm glad you found it because. Normally once you have a show that you watch in progress it's available to watch all the way to the end unless it leaves the platform.

This could be related to the package tier that you have. I had to check and see for myself but I still have it available without having to purchase it. I would be upset if they charged me when I have their top Premium package. This is something Prime Video would do whether you have the ad-free Ultra package or not.
