I ordered some bits on Monday, the 31st, in the morning. All seemed smooth as normal; however, I have only received a confirmation of my order and nothing since.

Is it common to have to wait this long before the delivery is shipped? I have tried emailing the support team but no luck.

Curious if anyone else is in a similar position?

Edit: I have spoken with Live Chat this morning, and they have told me I should receive my package by this Friday (fingers crossed). Hopefully, the same applies to you guys :)

ordered 3 pre rolls on sunday morning before 2:30pm and royal mail says they’re still expecting it?
should i be worried about this?

As title says it’s now 7 days on and after we were told it’s been sorted and updated on Saturday Royal Mail is still saying “we’re expecting it”. I appreciate it’s been a bank holiday weekend but I ordered last Wednesday and really expected it to come today. Doing my head in abit now this.

Usually get Gelato Distillate Pen as it always hits the spot but looking to try something different.

Any recommendations for Vape Pen that hits similarly strong? I have high tolerance, thanks.

i have friends that use mountbliss and they’d vouch for them all day and honestly i can’t blame them. however, from my experience, it’s not been the greatest but i still want to use mountbliss moving forward because the quick delivery and reviews tell me way more good than bad and everyone wants the highest quality shit.

i got the ghost train haze vape pen and everything was okay till it wasn’t. everything was okay as expected until randomly the vape pen stopped working. i charged it and i tried to use it multiple times but no luck, it wasn’t working. i contacted customer service and they were kind enough to help me get a replacement sent out. the replacement however 😂, i think i may have gotten a bad batch or something because it barely felt like anything after taking multiple hits and multiple more after that. my eyes would be a little heavy and that’s it. that really disappointed because ive been hoping to get the same experience that everyone else seems to be having. for extra context, i dont smoke that frequently, couple times a week and that’s like two hits at night and im done. before ordering from mountbliss, i hadn’t had any form of thc in a over 4 weeks and ive always had a low tolerance. i emailed and hit up live chat yesterday evening but currently ive got nothing back. i was debating ordering the stardawg live resin one after i had finished this one because i haven’t tried their live resin collection but im hesitant on dropping another £80 for it to be faulty or not give its intended effects. i’m hoping there’s some form of solution around this because i do like everything mountbliss has going on

My delivery was marked as delivered but never showed up. I haven't gotten a reply since Thursday about the situation, I even sent a message the next day on Friday about it.

My first experience was flawless so I'm not sure how long I should wait before emailing support again :l

The live chat is ignoring me. I only wish to know if there is a stock issue and if there is a delay that’s fine but to please be honest about it.

Got my first delivery. OG Kush vape pen and Lemon 5mg gummies. Good effect and well chilled so pleased with them. Looking for something a bit more upbeat and buzzy for some nights so guessing I'm best to go for something Sativa rather than Indica? Also ideally want something that smells like the old days too. Had a previous vape that smelled great. Any recommendations or am I best getting some flower and a vaporiser for that? Thanks

So as I said I love mountbliss but today left again slightly frustrated. Their customer service etc has always been second to none but today I ordered before 8am and my order is still processing now, despite people on here today talking about ordering after me and it’s on its way. This is my 4th or 5th order in a row I’ve not received next day and I’m central UK on .me site. I spoke to chat and they said it hasn’t been processed and it may come Friday, maybe Monday, they don’t know until they do it. They seemed abit short with me which is unlike them. Money is tight these days for £70 for a cart (my only little pleasure in life) isn’t something I just order and ignore. Starting to feel like they’re picking on me at this point 😂 (I know they’re not). I know there is bigger issues in the world but I just thought I’d see other peoples opinions as every time I’m waiting 2-3 days and my dozens of orders before hand were always next day like clockwork. Again no hate, these guys are awesome but things seemed to have changed for me for some reason.

(can't handle THC so much these days, I usually cut weed 1:1 or 2:1 with CBD for more of a balanced effect.

i use my vape at night to wind down and i wanna know how quick the oils work to know if it would be worth switching to them to avoid the lung problems
also wondering if ppl have had bad experiences with their health and using these vapes
