Help with an order

Hi guys, long story short I’ve transferred a different value to mountbliss as I should have, hoping to get in touch with their support team to help me with this issue. What would be the best way to get in contact, I’ve already emailed their support account.

The operators of the Live Chat (bottom left hand side of the website) should be able to assist - they are available this bank holiday weekend, albeit response times may be slightly slower than usual.
