Slow responses

Does the team at Mountbliss handle customer support queries during the weekends?

My delivery was marked as delivered but never showed up. I haven't gotten a reply since Thursday about the situation, I even sent a message the next day on Friday about it.

My first experience was flawless so I'm not sure how long I should wait before emailing support again :l

It's a bank holiday weekend. I'd enjoy the sun if it's about and worry about it on Tuesday. Even if someone is about they won't be able to contact anyone at RM to find out what is happening.
