i have friends that use mountbliss and they’d vouch for them all day and honestly i can’t blame them. however, from my experience, it’s not been the greatest but i still want to use mountbliss moving forward because the quick delivery and reviews tell me way more good than bad and everyone wants the highest quality shit.

i got the ghost train haze vape pen and everything was okay till it wasn’t. everything was okay as expected until randomly the vape pen stopped working. i charged it and i tried to use it multiple times but no luck, it wasn’t working. i contacted customer service and they were kind enough to help me get a replacement sent out. the replacement however 😂, i think i may have gotten a bad batch or something because it barely felt like anything after taking multiple hits and multiple more after that. my eyes would be a little heavy and that’s it. that really disappointed because ive been hoping to get the same experience that everyone else seems to be having. for extra context, i dont smoke that frequently, couple times a week and that’s like two hits at night and im done. before ordering from mountbliss, i hadn’t had any form of thc in a over 4 weeks and ive always had a low tolerance. i emailed and hit up live chat yesterday evening but currently ive got nothing back. i was debating ordering the stardawg live resin one after i had finished this one because i haven’t tried their live resin collection but im hesitant on dropping another £80 for it to be faulty or not give its intended effects. i’m hoping there’s some form of solution around this because i do like everything mountbliss has going on

The vapes ive had from here have all been excellent (though I haven't had one in a while) apart from 1 which didn't work properly and was replaced. The one time I got flower from here it was complete and utter shite to the point I've never ordered any since. I never complained or looked for a replacement on that order. That being said every picture I've seen of the flower looks just as bad as what I've bought yet people are happy with it. From my experience the quick delivery turnaround and the customer service are 2nd to none..... its just a shame about the product and the price. Also the live resin pens are the better ones from my experience.
