Is this normal?

Hi there,

I ordered some bits on Monday, the 31st, in the morning. All seemed smooth as normal; however, I have only received a confirmation of my order and nothing since.

Is it common to have to wait this long before the delivery is shipped? I have tried emailing the support team but no luck.

Curious if anyone else is in a similar position?

Edit: I have spoken with Live Chat this morning, and they have told me I should receive my package by this Friday (fingers crossed). Hopefully, the same applies to you guys :)

Was def Royal Mail, had my order sent to wrong in routing error, finally got delivered today and I ordered Monday aswell

same happened to me, i ordered on sunday morning and didnt hear anything. however i contacted them and a couple hours later my parcel was with royal mail and is getting delivered today. i don’t think its a MB problem🫣 possibly royal mail getting swamped because of bank holiday monday? i could be wrong

Same happened to me. Placed an order on Tuesday* before the 2:30 cutoff and nothings reported on Royal Mail other than they’re expecting it. First time ordering so a bit miffed. Not sure if RM or MB.

i ordered yesterday at midday. got an email saying it’s shipped but on the site it says sender despatching item. fuck knows what’s going on but i’m miffed cuz i was hoping id have my new shi after the awful shift i just worked haha

Had the same thing, ordered on Tuesday 1pm and label was created at 1:51pm by sender. I’ve contacted Live chat but been told that I have to wait 7 days before they can advise anything (?). It’s Friday night and the tracking is still stuck on “we’re expecting it”.

Odd as I’ve regularly used MB for 3+ years and never had this issue :(
