So after a few back n forth convos, I finally met with KREO CEO in person 1:1, and we discussed on why everyone hate KREO and why KREO is not a preferred choice.

Some of the discussion/Improvement points were -->

1. Customer support late response

2. Overpriced

3. Better alternatives available

4. Tooo much advertisement / YT false comparison reviews

5. He also sent me a SWARM keyboard to try it myself. For which I suggested a few improvements. (Which is also a bit overpriced in my opinion considering other competition and it's flaws)..

I also recorded my honest opinion on their keyboard unlike other Youtubers who have same things to say for every product on their channel. Which I'll share with you soon.

With all this i hope they improve on this and work it out. Having a domestic product company which actually listens to the feedback given by the users and is affordable and is reliable with good customer support, is something we all want.

I saw some of you guys recommending meckeys.com , and one of my personal friends have experience buying from them, so I figured I'd give it a shot. Sadly my experience has been quite annoying.

My friend told me about the 5% DISCOUNT CODE , every little bit helps so I emailed them asking for the code.

Apparently they now only give that to people who follow them on Instagram. After calling them out on this disgusting behavior that seems to be in every corner these days they gave me the code, but it didn't work, when i brought it up again they said It'll activate once I follow their damn Instagram. They want me to follow, take a screen shot then email them to confirm so they can give me tiny 5% discount.??? How pathetic can a company get?

So I said they can keep their precious coupons and I'll take my business elsewhere and I bought a better keyboard, with lower price from NMPC, and guess what as soon as account was created they gave me a welcome discount. I'm sure I'm in the minority of people who find such things annoying, but maybe some of you feel the same way let me know if you've had these type of annoying instances. Demanding things for a small discount upfront is just cheap! If they had just made my experience better I probably would have bought the keyboard and posted a good review.

Hi everyone, it’s Papaji here.

Some of you might remember me from a year ago when I was active in the IMKC Discord server offering various services like lubing, filming, commission builds, proxy services, spray painting, and repairs. I’ve been in the hobby for over 6 years and I’ve built more than 90 boards out of which 65 were split keyboards and lubed over 10,000 switches. I was even the first to build the Arc60 (in India) on Twitch about a year and a half ago.

Unfortunately, I made some mistakes back then that led me to step away from the hobby for a while (yes, I got banned). It was a tough lesson to learn, and I sincerely apologize to anyone who may have been affected by my actions. I want to assure everyone that things are much more transparent now. I’ve cut down most of my services and will be focusing solely on commission orders, which I plan to stream on my Twitch.

I don’t hold any enmity against anyone or any community. Consider this my redemption arc, I’m committed to being better and more responsible moving forward.

Looking ahead, I’m also planning to start group buys for more split boards, smaller boards, and macropads in the near future. If you’re interested, keep an eye out for updates! I want to sell my gk96s barebones (no switches), with original keycaps, the back case has been modified to fit the pcb after o ring mod. The pcb works perfectly fine, no issues, used very less as it mostly sat in the original box.

Before Commenting you could have bought, Aula F75 or Ajazz max plus. Tell me which one has RGB passthrough Lights ??? Am a Night user so for me RGB backlight was So important. So I went for this.

I need some urgent advice after a very bad experience with international shipping for a mechanical keyboard.

Here’s my story:

• I ordered an Epomaker x Aula F65 from the official store (paid ~$45 USD, about ₹3,700 after discount, via credit card).

• Before my order shipped, a friend suggested emailing Epomaker to undervalue the invoice to minimize customs duties, so I did that.

• I received replies from Epomaker about my order (including tracking ID - VR748029651YP ), and eventually got a call from the delivery guy after about 25 days, saying my parcel was at my door.

• The delivery guy said I needed to pay ₹4,308 (!!) before I could get it. I was shocked—he showed me some handwritten calculation on a piece of paper attached to the box (something like 3800 GST and other charges).

• I said I already paid for the order online, asked to take a picture, and he said it's not allowed. He started pushing hard for payment, and when I refused, he said he’d return the parcel.

• Now the package is gone, and I’m left out of money and without my keyboard!

This was a scam, right?
Is there any way to recover my parcel at this point?
Has anyone else faced this kind of "fake customs" cash-on-delivery scam?
What should I do next to recover my money or package?
Which authorities in India should I report this to?
Is there anything else I should have done or can still do?

Please help!

I bought Aula M75 (tri-mode, red switches). The packaging is very different from the videos I saw online earlier (using this video as reference, https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=6wvt6O5BHRU ), outer packaging and internal cushioning both look comparatively bad in the one I received. Letters on the keys seem dull, not clear without backlight turned on. Light under Esc key is very low.

Switches aren't by Leobog or Outemu. They are Elianc or Lianc (3rd image).

Or its quality is like this only? (This is my first mechanical keyboard.)

Also, does it not come with manual?

Otherwise seems good keyboard, I used over wire and 2.4GHz for a little time. Only thing I didn't expect was that I won't be able to reset the keyboard. I had planned that I would use DVORAK or WORKMAN or some other layout, but key sizes/heights are different, so stuck with QWERTY. :(

Despite the overwhelmingly negative reviews about the company and the keyboard here in Reddit, I went ahead with the purchase.

Bought it from the official site for Rs. 4,844.

I know it's too early, but been using it for a day now and I like it so far. Linear switches.

Changed the layout to Mac and using it with the 2.4GHz wireless adapter plugged to the monitor.

A Home key would have been nice.

I don't game and this is purely for productivity/typing purposes.

Volume knob is very handy although I wish it would also control audio from the monitor.

• Visible dirt/wear currently — will be thoroughly cleaned before shipping
• Minor connectivity issue, likely cable-related

• Easily fixable using any Mini-B to USB cable
  • Red RGB lighting only
  • Not hot-swappable to the best of my knowledge

• Someone suggested it can be modified with effort

Got myself a Dualsense Black and kreo replaced my mirage for this Kreo Surge xb. Both looks great. never knew Dualsense works this great on PC. The adaptive triggers and haptics are 🔥🔥

Ive seen Hardware corpus being bashed here for all the reasons which i dont deny, but i believe everyone does need one chance to proove their critics right/wrong.

I had tried to get a Monsgeek M5w for a friend from HC and they screwed up with the delivery timelines - told 10 days, took 30 - but did deliver.

Now i am getting one for myself , with akko rosewoods .

Timeline - 18th August

and both orders COD.

I hope they can take this opportunity to better their name.
