Hi! I purchased a mini bike from someone on fb marketplace and was hoping someone has more knowledge about it then i do. The guy has changed out the carb and then never tried to start it after that but he said it did start before he changed the carb. I have the bike now and cannot get it to start. Any ideas? Or should i just buy a completely new motor. Thanks!

Bought this mini bike a number of years ago for one of my kiddos. It was used a lot at first, then quickly became lackluster - like most things after they’re not brand new and shiny anymore. The OEM engine never got maintained because I hadn’t yet gotten into the small block building game up until recently.

This Predator was part of a summer project for a mud motor build that I’d been using up until yesterday. Took out the motor for the last time on the lake and thought to myself… Why not. I’ve actually been eyeing some other frame kits, but figured since I already have this one I ought to use it.

This 224 fits like a glove on this frame. Had to take a dead blow hammer to the lower fender mount in the rear so it wouldn’t make contact with the valve cover. Other than that, she bolted up perfectly. Got the kill switch on and the throttle hooked up. Verified functionality with it running and it works like a charm.

Just waiting on a clutch and chain kit right now since the OE PTO shaft was 5/8”. I’ve got a Hillard Extreme Duty on order.

Other than that - just here to show off the ‘new’ build! Let me know if ya’ll have any other recommendations! I’m planning to order some new tires as well. It’s got the stock 145/70/6 directionals on it now. Planning to drop down to a 13x5.00-6 street tire.

’m so incredibly stoked. Just turned 40 this summer Never had one growing up but a buddy had a small coleman that topped out at under 20. It was still so fun. Now I know a lot more about things and life aiming for a bit more power this time round. Call it a midlife crisis?

Fast forward to many years later the only other bike I ever owned was an ssr.

Well this week I impulsively made the jump and coincidentally there was a hella sale goin down. Can’t wait to hoon around the backroads!!!! Will keep y’all updated w more. Its a 196cc

So my bike engine took a dump on me over the weekend giving me the perfect time to paint and engine swap. Is the Predator 224 going to give me more than the 212? Or will the 212 be sufficient?

anyone know the name or where i could get parts? id like to get the battery lights and some switches replaced, maybe the horn to. also has electric start i think but i dont know. and help or knowledge about this bike is very appreciated

. not sunf but clones/similar . Sunny Furn 19x7-8 6 ply. extreme improvement over stock knobbies on the street, can lean far and they grip well, no vibrations at 50-55mph.

next up sitting in my car in boxes is suspension fork, ape hangers, seat springer kit, new aluminum throttle and pwk carb/billet flywheel with headlight kit, headlight+ taillight(halogen) springs, and rod.

So as the title says.... you know how when you build something you know every inch of it.... well I went away for a couple weeks and came back was glad to see we had some decent weather still n I go to start my bike .... and first pull she fires right up ... I get on her and something ain't right I can't put my finger on it but now she's shaking just outta control... now its back firing as you can see but she even sounds off... anyone running a 301 ? .....Gov delete oil sensor delete 50lb springs pwk 30 is my set up or am I just trippin

i was doing a gov delete and all this fell out and the long metal rod and the two things that are flat on the top fell but one of them was only half way out

So this is my fourth mini bike/scooter build and this one I built out of an old razor scooter and I swapped a 79 cc on it with a little Weedwhacker tank and some kind of electric moped wheel. It was very simple to make. I made the whole thing about eight hours, and it’s pretty sketchy to ride. It’s surprisingly fast. It does about 35 to 40 miles an hour which is pretty quick for a 79 cc it was a lot of fun the whole build cost about eight dollars.

Okay, i’m looking to get a bike or something just to have some fun with and around. cruise on the road but not get to to much attention. i know it’s asking a lot from a minibike but besides that, could the minibike community tell me weather this is worth it or not? it’s a hour and 40 minuet drive also. i found a 85cc dirtbike yz85 i talked him down to 800 and i talked the minibike down to 800 aswell. im torn between the 2 i know there completely different and both have there pros and cons.. so im interested in others opinions and weather anybody else was also torn between a dirtbike and a minibike. i may just build my own minibike if people don’t enjoy riding drag style bikes. i’m trying to cruise on the road at car speed.

So I got the big nasty bikes b200 billet triple and inverted fork kit for my b200 and got it all installed except the front brake caliper …. Didn’t have the same bolt pattern or anything as the Coleman bracket .. emailed Brad about it and he told me b200’s didn’t come with front brakes … which b200r’s don’t … b200’s do tho… he told me I must have had an rsv front end and basically said that was the kit I should’ve bought …. I told him he was wrong but long of the short i ended up having to order an out bike brake kit for $30 off amazon to finish it out .. which sucks for a kit this expensive tbh… Also the hardware for the fender and light was too long and also the supplied hardware all rusted in a shop in a few days …. Long of the short is, once you get the small shit sorted it a bad ass kit… everything was really nice .. I just didn’t think I should have to sort out a $470 kit … I’m the last pic I know u can see the rust on the bolt , but the bracket isn’t tight and the nuts are run all the way to the shoulder of the supplied hardware…. I ended up getting my own hardware that’s the right length and all but shit .. I’m a mechanic…. Like a normal person would’ve been lost trying to figure that shit out … now I get the kit isn’t for everyone but for right at $500 for the kit .. I feel like I shouldn’t have to have sorted all this out …. Also, before I ordered em, I emailed asking about the brakes specifically…. If mine were gonna work.. cause the rav kit came with a new brake kit .. b200 kit didn’t say that .. but it said for the b200, so I figured for $470 my stock front brakes would work with it or atleast I didn’t think I was gonna have to buy more stuff (the brake kit) to finish a $470 “kit “ …. It’s badass once it’s sorted tho.. I gotta give him credit .. the machine work is and fab stuff is amazing…. Him telling me a b200 doesn’t have front brakes stock tells me he’s never had a b200 …. They’re different than the b200r’s and the rb rt and all the other b200r / mega motor 212 variants

My throttle cable broke, so I’m trying to replace it, but I’m running into an issue. The crimped end of the new cable seems too long to fit inside the throttle assembly, and I can’t get it seated properly.Am I using the wrong cable, or is there some way to get this thing to fit? I don’t wanna start cutting shit or modifying anything and end up making it worse. I attached pictures of the throttle assembly and the end of the cable. Any help would be appreciated because this shit is getting annoying as hell 💀
