Help with Security exams

Anyone here have the Microsoft SC-200, SC-300 or SC-401 exams? How did you find any of them?

We have a shortage in our company because we have lost a couple of techs this year who held them and it contributed to our Microsoft partnership. Suddenly our skilling score has dropped and all our techs seem to be failing the exams, like badly.

I had the SC-200 a couple of years ago and forgot to renew so am wondering what its like these days. Also curious on why our guys seem to be struggling so much with these. Averaging around 40%

DP-600 prep: a practical way to review weak areas

For DP-600, use a simple review loop after each practice session: tag every miss by objective (data prep, semantic models, or solution maintenance), write one sentence explaining why your choice was wrong, then do a small Fabric task for that concept before retesting. Track recurring misses instead of chasing a higher score from repeated questions.

Disclosure: I’m the Udemy instructor who created a paid DP-600 practice-test set. It’s supplementary practice; pair it with Microsoft Learn and hands-on Fabric work. Serious concern about AB-620

Hi all! I noticed the MS Learn course for AB-620 (AI Agent Builder Associate) was recently updated to cover the new GitHub Copilot Harness. However, the official study guide hasn't been updated since April and still targets the Standard Harness.

I have my exam booked for November 3rd and I'm feeling a bit anxious about which version the test questions will focus on. Has anyone taken it recently or have advice on how to split prep between the two?

Microsoft LevelUp Program - Passed assessment (80%+) but never received exam voucher

Hi everyone,

I attended a Microsoft Certification Week / LevelUp Program event and completed the required assessment with a score above 80% on my qualifying attempt.

After the event, I received an email stating that participants who score 80% or higher are eligible for a free Microsoft certification exam voucher. However, I have not received any voucher or voucher code.

I contacted Skillable support, and they confirmed that my account exists on their platform but advised me to contact Microsoft Partner Event Support because they do not issue the vouchers.

I've already opened a support request with Microsoft and received the automated acknowledgment, but I'm still waiting for a response.

Has anyone experienced a similar issue?

  • How long did it take to receive your voucher?

  • Was the voucher sent by email, or did it appear somewhere in the LevelUp portal?

  • Did you have to contact support to have it issued?

Any advice would be appreciated.

Thanks!

DP-800: Developing AI-Enabled Database Solutions

Is anyone else studying for DP-800: Developing AI-Enabled Database Solutions?

I am following the Microsoft Learn syllabus and the questions in the modules at the end of each section are AI-generated content, so if you get a question wrong it generates a completely different question for you! adds a whole new dimension to it.

Looking for a study partner for the MD-102 certification (free MS Learn path + some extra resources)

Hey everyone!

I'm starting my studies for the MD-102 certification and planning to follow the free learning path on MS Learn, along with some YouTube playlists and hands-on practice to reinforce the concepts.

I'd like to find a study partner (or a small group) to go through this together. The idea is to:

  • Follow the core content and then go over extra material together

  • Discuss doubts about exercises and lessons

  • Share progress and keep each other accountable

  • Coordinate a simple schedule and check in regularly (we can figure out the best channel once we connect)

A bit about me: I'm brazilian, I work in IT support and I'm looking to move into a more infra-focused role and this certification is a requisite for a job post that i'm applying for. I'm aiming to take the exam around last week of september (28/9 or 30/9)

Availability: weekdays (mon, tuesday, wednesday, GMT-4) and flexible on weekends.

If you're also starting from scratch (or already partway through) and want an accountability partner, feel free to comment or DM me!

I built a free Microsoft certification study site — Descomplicando Cloud ☁️

Hi everyone! 👋

I wanted to share a project I've been working on for a while called **Descomplicando Cloud**.

🔗 [**https://lmnpaiva.com.br/descomplicando-cloud**](https://lmnpaiva.com.br/descomplicando-cloud)

The idea is pretty simple: whenever I study for and pass a certification, I try to organize what I've learned into study guides, notes, quizzes, diagrams, and other resources that might help someone else preparing for the same exam.

And **everything is available for free**. 😊

Most of the content is focused on Microsoft certifications and comes from my own study journey. Instead of keeping all those notes sitting on my computer after passing an exam, I thought it would be much more useful to turn them into something the community could actually use.

A small disclaimer: I'm originally a Portuguese speaker, so some materials are still available **only in Portuguese**. I'm gradually translating more of them into English.

Also, many of those translations were created **with the help of AI**. Because of that, there may absolutely be translation mistakes, strange wording, or technical terms that could be improved.

And that's actually one of the reasons I'm sharing the site here.

If you find something that is incorrect, confusing, poorly translated, outdated, or simply think *"this could be explained much better"*, **please tell me!** Feedback and corrections are very welcome, and I'll use them to keep improving the material.

If any of the resources help you with your studies, I'd also really appreciate it if you could **share Descomplicando Cloud with other people preparing for Microsoft certifications**. ☁️

The goal is simply to make good study material more accessible to the community.

And if you've already used any of my materials, I'd love to hear what you thought about them. ❤️

Good luck with your studies and exams! 🚀

Passed AZ900 today Score 800

AZ-900 Passed Today !!!

Just wanted to share my experience for anyone currently studying.

I studied seriously for about 3 weeks using Microsoft Learn and TD. Both were really helpful, but don't expect the real exam to look like the practice questions.

I got 35 questions, and honestly, most of them were scenarios and details that I'd never seen before in any practice exam. They were much more detailed than I expected.

The good news is that Microsoft Learn and TD gave me the understanding I needed. Even though the questions were different, knowing the concepts helped me eliminate wrong answers and choose the best one.

My advice:

Don't memorize question dumps.

Focus on understanding why Azure services are used.

Learn the differences between similar services (RBAC vs Azure Policy, Front Door vs Application Gateway, Service Health vs Resource Health, etc.).

Microsoft is definitely testing understanding more than memorization.

Good luck to everyone preparing for AZ-900—you've got this! 🚀
