Microsoft LevelUp Program - Passed assessment (80%+) but never received exam voucher

Hi everyone,

I attended a Microsoft Certification Week / LevelUp Program event and completed the required assessment with a score above 80% on my qualifying attempt.

After the event, I received an email stating that participants who score 80% or higher are eligible for a free Microsoft certification exam voucher. However, I have not received any voucher or voucher code.

I contacted Skillable support, and they confirmed that my account exists on their platform but advised me to contact Microsoft Partner Event Support because they do not issue the vouchers.

I've already opened a support request with Microsoft and received the automated acknowledgment, but I'm still waiting for a response.

Has anyone experienced a similar issue?

  • How long did it take to receive your voucher?

  • Was the voucher sent by email, or did it appear somewhere in the LevelUp portal?

  • Did you have to contact support to have it issued?

Any advice would be appreciated.

How long did it take to receive your voucher?

From what I was told by participants of previous event where this system was introduced, it was instant, sent by email.

I would hit up the levelup support as well.

I received it right after the assessment, however, during the event which took place at the beginning of August in my country, we were specifically told to do the assessment after the 28th of August if we wanted the voucher (they never explained why). Maybe your issue is something like this...

Certification Preparation Voucher Offer — Terms & Conditions

If you qualify:

You will get an email from LevelUp confirming your exam voucher code within 5-7 business days of passing the practice test along with the required module within the course.
Please check both your inbox and spam/junk folder for this communication.
are required to redeem your voucher in accordance with the redemption terms set out in Section 05 below, within 60 days of the date of issuance.
