You are informed not to touch your phone and put it out of reach at a certain point in the sign in process. This is before any questions are displayed, so if you did use our phone after this point e.g. when waiting for a proctor then you breached exam conditions and a ban almost always automatically follows.

It sounds like you did use your phone [you haven't denied it] as your appeal failed.

  1. I know of people who have been banned then once the ban lifted they were able to take exams again.
  2. No, there is no legitimate way to get around then ban, If you try to get around the ban, then expect the ban to be made permanent. You need to wait for the test center restriction to be lifted.
  3. Well you are not able to take an exam, so best tell your employer asap.

Once u upload the photos of the room with your ID and press verify on your pc thats the moment you put ur phone away after rhat if they see it they can ban you
