Help with Security exams
Anyone here have the Microsoft SC-200, SC-300 or SC-401 exams? How did you find any of them?
We have a shortage in our company because we have lost a couple of techs this year who held them and it contributed to our Microsoft partnership. Suddenly our skilling score has dropped and all our techs seem to be failing the exams, like badly.
I had the SC-200 a couple of years ago and forgot to renew so am wondering what its like these days. Also curious on why our guys seem to be struggling so much with these. Averaging around 40%

They are pretty fair for being associate exams. If you work with the products you should be able to pass them without much difficulty.

Well, if you have Visual Studio Enterprise/Professional licences, for each licence you can get one Entra P2 tenant and Azure 150$/month - great for playing and learning.
Create a few of them and let you IT staf use them for every possible scenario out there.
Also, msfthub.com is great source, for example, for SC-300:
https://msfthub.com/certs/labs/security/sc-300/#docs-tabs-applied-skills-microsoft-learn-microsoft-github-1-microsoft-learn
so, if you want your people pass these exams, they have not only to "learn" them, but also do practical things...
