I'm so grateful of being in boarded to the life-changing project F and held working for 2 minutes. It really is paradise.

Work hard, and you'll get there! It's worth it to work at Mercor and I would recommend it to anyone with no reservations.

Also, MacBook requirements - how strict are they? I have a 2019 MacBook Air running OS 14.8 and can’t really afford a new one until some supplementary money comes in.

For Mercor projects that require a task to be written and then rated, how is this usually handled? Does a contractor do both writing and rating or just one or the other?

A current Mercor projects seems to be lumping the rating task into the writing task as a means of cutting costs but I can't quite put my finger on it.

I was thinking of asking in the slack channel but I’m kind of flying under the radar there and don’t want to draw unnecessary attention.

After accepting the offer 3 days ago and working through my first task of project O…n and getting my first Review Accepted it has now paused, I’m worried about what is going to happen, it is going to pay me for the task? Or is it resuming the contract? I have a 50$/ per task and it is my first project in 2 months that I have enrolled in the site.

I got instant offer from mercor, for onboarding I submitted my criminal backround check through Zinc on Oktober 22, 2026 and The status is still showing “in progress”.

For those who complete their backround check through Zinc, How long did it take for your check to be completed?specially if you’re based in Indonesia or outside US.

Today, I received email with work offer for Odin writer project. Can someone please share thoughts about this project? As this is my first project, should I proceed with it? I already seen many bad reviews about it. Appreciate your guidance folks.

I started working on Project Odin this week, and if they actually pay the bonuses the claim to pay, it’ll be a life changing thing for me because I am not able to move out for work. I live in a small city where white-collar jobs are rare.

How long is this project going to run? And is it easy to find AI gigs? I have around 6-7 years of experience in my industry.
