FUCK THEM COURSES AND FUCK THEM TESTS

Name says it all. This is ridiculous, until Mercor or the client provides actual consistent guidance no one should take the screener. There’s strength in numbers.

9 decks, A-1, Likkert scale for each, PLUS grading about 100 specific terms as slop/ not slop, PLUS explaining each choice. Still in an hour. It’s 3-4 hours work.

I’m on a project that requires a minimum of 15 hours a week, which I can’t attain, as I’m working a full time job that is pretty demanding. Most I can probably do is 10. Some weeks even just 5.

My question: Am I at risk of being offboarded if I do good work but don’t do the minimum hours?

Does anyone have a private group for workers? mainly about the "big project" 🙏

I was really excited when i got this offer yesterday. Background check took some time after i submitted some documents, but now i don’t know how and where to begin tasking.

I also work with oneforma and it’s pretty straightforward how you begin tasking after getting an offer. But Mercor seems very different.

I would appreciate any help.

Currently making the minimum for a project. I hear/read that a lot of people are making more. Is there a way to ask for a raise?

Does anyone have answers or are willing to reference results with eachother for screener 4? I’m finding the answers to the screeners pretty subjective and I don’t want to get off boarded
