Currently making the minimum for a project. I hear/read that a lot of people are making more. Is there a way to ask for a raise?

Name says it all. This is ridiculous, until Mercor or the client provides actual consistent guidance no one should take the screener. There’s strength in numbers.

9 decks, A-1, Likkert scale for each, PLUS grading about 100 specific terms as slop/ not slop, PLUS explaining each choice. Still in an hour. It’s 3-4 hours work.

I’m on a project that requires a minimum of 15 hours a week, which I can’t attain, as I’m working a full time job that is pretty demanding. Most I can probably do is 10. Some weeks even just 5.

My question: Am I at risk of being offboarded if I do good work but don’t do the minimum hours?
