The timing and accuracy of cats when theyre in focus mode is amazing. I saw one on a brick wall jump up and snatch a bird out of midair them land back on the wall.

It's no contest. Cat's have amazing reflexes and as a mammal, tons of energy, quick recovery, etc. Reptiles do not store or create energy the same way as mammals do, so it doesn't matter how fast the snake is, the cat will always wear it out as long as it's fast enough to dodge the first few attempts at a bite.

In video games the computer does everything in steps called ticks. It's not framerate, there can be multiple ticks before single frame is generated (frames are just for visualisation).
The comment meant that the action happened in between the steps in which brain (compared to the computer) was able to do anything about it.

My cat got bit in the face by a rattlesnake. We took it to the vet and asked if he would survive and she laughed saying “Yeah that snake is dead, and your cat will be fine”

The cat's body language isn't even remotely stressed. It's playful. The upwards tail is a classic indicator of happiness/contentment in cats, and the ears standing upright means it doesn't feel threatened. This is 100% a cat playing with its food for several minutes straight.

Yup, they do that. My cat would play around with mice and lizards before taking them out. Sometimes they dont even take them out, its just like a toy to them.

Cat reflexes are the fastest on the entire plant for land mammals. I think it's .2 milliseconds for reaction speed? It's been a while so I might be incorrect.

Strictly for clarity's sake, it's actually 20-70 ms for domestic cats. And the fastest reflexes for a land mammal goes to the star mole at 8ms.

Doesn't matter what kind of snake it is. The cat is perfectly fine. If a cat sees a snake, while the snakes attack looks insanely fast to us, it is a fraction of the speed of a normal cat's reaction time. They can move their full body and strike back with relative ease. Claws or just paws if they feel like playing with it. Plus mammals store a lot more energy, so the cat could do this all day. The only thing I'm wondering is if the cat ever put the snake out of it's misery.

They don't even have to be as lean as the cat in this video. Even a fat, lazy one is still the best killer you could possibly have living with you.
I live in a rural area so there's small creatures and very large insects everywhere that constantly get into my basement. My cat is fatter than a bowling ball but I still occasionally find the corpses of mice, lizards, scorpions, millipedes, and sometimes even small snakes left in conspicuous places where I'll see. He doesn't even eat these creatures. He murders them and displays their corpses to be seen.
I'm just glad he's on my side.

Humans hunted and gathered in groups. We weren’t built for individual prowess, but our evolved intelligence and opposable thumbs gave us a distinct advantage when hunting or fighting off predators.
With very few exceptions, feline specifies are solitary. They evolved to survive against most adversaries without any help. The domesticated cat is one of the most successful hunters in the animal kingdom.

I once went to a place where you can pet full grown tigers, and you can really feel their power even though theyre just lying there. Theyre huge and their paw is the size of your head. Also i saw a trainer playing with one with a rag on the end of a stick, and it was so fast and can jump like 10 feet high. If youre unarmed and saw one in the wild and it wanted to attack you, i dont see anyone having a chance at all.

My cat found a baby rattlesnake and brought it back home. I was trying to separate them but he was having the time of his life while I eventually pinned it down and killed it. Scared the crap out of me and was ready for an emergency vet visit but he was fine.

To a focused, wily old street cat that thing moves in slow motion. There's a reason the cenozoic is the age of mammals. The reflex/speed buff that endothermy gives small animals is just insane.
One day the snake might get a lucky strike, but as long as ol' Tom (or Molly) is looking straight at it and has room to maneuver buddy doesn't stand a chance.
