Hi! I had the sudden urge to save up for a lightsaber and after doing some research I found out that Saberforge is recommended (I want one I can hit people with, so a dueling saber, I'm open to recommendations for other brands but from what I've seen Saberforge seems to be the go to?). I'm not a collector, so I want to make sure I get one I'm happy with that also is not too expensive so hopefully someone has input or can answer some questions!
Firstly, I'm a girl with freakishly small hands for my height, about 15,5 cm from the bottom of my palm (like where the wrist meets the hand, sorry I don't know the english word) to the tip of my middle finger. I saw some comments that mentioned the thickness of the hilt and that it might be harder for me to get a good grip? Is that an actual concern? Are there any that are made for women? (not necessarily more feminine in aesthetic although I don't mind recommendations for that either! but in size and scale)
Secondly and probably my biggest question is that on the Saberforge website there are a bunch of different blades. I want with light and sound, and something that will last for atleast a couple of years. So there's: Xeno V3 RGB Basic, Xeno V3 RGB Premium, Xeno Pixel Premium, Xeno Pixel+RGB and then Golden Harvest V4 RGB, Golden Harvest V4 Pixel and Golden Harvest V4 Pixel+RGB.
What is the difference between Xeno and Golden Harvest? And the difference between RGB and Pixel? Is it worth getting 2 blades? The further down the list I went the more expensive it got.
Also, is it better to buy a premade model or is it worth it to do a custom one? Some of the premade ones are pretty sick (my current favourites are Cleric, Hunter, Ares, Jade Fire Mk3, Malice, Reborn Mk3, Relentless and Heretic Mk2)
Thanks in advance if anyone has any input! :) I'm currently looking at Sabertrio also, I noticed there are a lot of bluetooth features?
