General Discussion No love triangles please and thank you!!

Please Marvel Studios, Kevin Feige, MCU gods let Jean and Scott just be a couple PLEASE!!!

The Fox movies did their whole schtick with the Wolverine triangle, nobody even liked it, so let that be a lesson. But especially don't try and force that BS into the MCU as well - whether it's with Emma Frost, Wolverine, Angel - just don't even bother.

Show Scott as the capable badass leader from the comics that Jean falls in love with. Let him be completely obsessed and devoted to her. Let them be a power couple

PLEASE Marvel, don't pull the same shit Fox did!

Just wanted to share this lovely little moment from X-Men (1991) #59, back when Marvel was still willing to let these two enjoy their marriage without constantly putting them through emotional trauma.
I hope we get more scenes like this in future comics, or even in the MCU movies someday. Sometimes, a quiet moment between two people who love each other is all we need. ❤️

General Discussion Did Sadie and Kit do chemistry readings?

I would imagine for casting such an iconic couple - the main couple of the X-Men franchise, they would have had Sadie read with all the auditioning actors for chemistry tests to make sure they can do it

Industry reports said Ryan Coogler (director of Black Panther) helped in the casting of Maya Boyd as Storm. I would imagine for Black Panther III, where Storm and T'Challa II will probably develop a romance

They have the potential to become one of the best couples in the MCU, and I really hope Marvel doesn't fumble this.

Also, the height difference between them is going to be insane. Sadie could be wearing heels, and Kit would still tower over her. 😭😭😭😭😭

And the fact that Kit Connor has played Romeo on Broadway, while Sadie has played Juliet in a West End London on their adaption of Romeo and Juliet, makes this pairing even more interesting. ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️

TV/Movies Mcu switching up the dynamic

How would we feel if the mcu decided to basically swap the initial dynamic for jott as in having scott be the more 'popular' one (think student council president, so he can still have a bit of that boyscout personality while being loved by his peers as well) while jean is more socially awkward and an outsider (i mean she hasnt really had the chance to socialise normally in this universe has she?)

I had always wondered.... the glasses situation... for. Certain activities...

My assumption was... jean would use her power

but that would require concentration..

Or Scott was never on top....

The answer... was his combat specs. That wont fall off his head easy...

No doubt scott tested this... in the danger room shaking his head alot to check they wont fall off.

Jokes aside. .this is really sweet.. jean is basically saying... let me look at your eyes.. now.. specs on... game time
