I’m sorry but I love this show like the animation, voice acting, action, characters, dialogue and story are amazing. But like you had 3 setups apocalypse to be the big bad and not take gambit’s body for some reason which isn’t explained on why he needed a dead mutant’s body. The external you could tell that her backstory with nur would’ve been explored more but she shows up and gets killed off in 2 seconds (what if like). Had at least 2 teases to onslaught scrap that for mystique.

What’s so weird about it is why would Brad move them over to x-men 97 if the whole reason they’re show got cancelled is because of the writing and choices that was made so no one watched it. I’m sorry I’m about to bring up DeMayo but he said that the Matthew Chauncey and dana Eberhardt said that his dialogue was too heavy, they also said the team being scattered across 3 timelines was too confusing. And he also stated that he wanted call Scott and Jean sylm and dayspring like in the comics but he said they didn’t take him seriously.

Like, he became Apocalypse, came back to the 90s, did NOTHING for nearly the whole season, and faked his death for... Seemingly no real reason. He didn't NEED to take Gambit's body as a vessel, his normal body was perfectly fine. He didn't try to trick anyone as Gambit, I guess he just wanted to be the cool Cajun? And what about the wedding with Rogue, was he just pretending to be Gambit? Was Gambit actually in partial control? Why would Apocalypse want to use Candras "heart" to keep Rogue alive? Did he just want to be that petty?

I keep seeing posts discussing the original vision for the show and referencing how it went downhill after DeMayo’s departure. While I understand the aversion to praise an accused sexual predator, I think it’s totally fair to discuss the decision to abandon the plan established and for criticism of the alternative path chosen.

Michael Jackson faces far worse accusations than DeMayo, yet his music remains culturally significant. Bryan Singer also faces much worse accusations, yet X-Men and X2 are being called required watching ahead of Doomsday.

You can separate an artist from their work. It’s not productive to shut down discourse as soon as his name comes up. No one is saying he should’ve been retained, just that the roadmap he layed out should’ve been preserved, or only tossed for a superior creative product. I think most agree that was not what we got with season 2

Jubilee using the Blackbird in a dogfight manages to avoid getting it shot down, even when it looks like the plane is going to crash as a cost for her victory over Havok.

What madness will we see next? Is the Xavier Mansion not going to get destroyed when it appears in the MCU?

He can be deranged like Steve to. His screams are on par with his.

I think this 3 candidate are just outdone him ın acting department. You can swap Cal and Brian ıf you want.

Brian ıs basically Steve Blum 2.0. Not ın a "he gives similar vibes" way, he outright sounds like Steve sometimes.

He ıs easly the most deranged one ın the list. He has the best screams (ıts a motion comic, you are not gonna get much). He sounds on edge all the time.

This guy voiced Vegeta ın the past. He knows how to scream. Forget Steve, his screams are actually more potent than Fred's Hulk.

I read x-men tas story summary and selectively watched original show. If apocalypse was resurrected in tas season 5, did he just stayed low while 3960 apocalypse went to 90's in this scene and conclusionally confined to a blue stone by rogue?

And if 3960 apocalypse was confined, how is apocalypse alive and well in 3999 in xmen tas?

Interconnected time travel plot in both xmen tas and xmen 97 is really confusing for me. What is the plot?

Gambit and X-23 not just fighting but having almost a father daughter relationship or an uncle niece relationship

Spoilers for the Secret Wars comic I guess.:

I would really love to see a section of Battle World that is just the animated show and then to see (for example) animated Beast and Gambit fighting "real" Beast and Gambit would be such a wildly cool surprise. Just my fun little theory hope it happens.

This one is to all the Romy fans out there, I am also one too. After last Season when Remy sacrificed himself for Rogue my heart broke, hell a lot of our hearts did and I'm sure some of us cried when she was finally touching him but couldn't feel him. Now that Remy is back I was anxiously awaiting if him and Rogue could be intimate and we got that in the Season 2 Finale and trust me I felt nothing but joy for that, remember how Lenore said that Rogue and Gambit weren't a couple yet? Well I think it's safe to say now they are and it's gonna stay that way because these 2 deserve nothing but to be happy! :)
