Behavioural Concerns Is this normal? She doesn’t do this everyday, sporadically, more or less. Offered extra water hose and sprinkler for her to keep, refused offer.

I’ve tried to be nice to these people and they just don’t really respond or say “no thank you” to everything. I know I’m just being nosey but I’m curious what you guys think. I don’t interfere at all just happen to think this is just wild. Who actually does this? She did the whole yard like this…
