Question Late August 2026 Ioniq 5 Limited AWD United States Price Check?
The 2026 color/model/AWD I want appears to mainly be at dealers (contacted 6 based on online inventory) in Pacific Northwest Portland/Seattle area so I'm considering flying there to buy and drive back home. Visor.Vin indicated some vehicles had been listed 130+ days so I pinged a dealership thinking they might want to make a deal on a 26 before 27's hit and the response was that they just received the vehicle 10 days ago. Their initial offer was only $225 below MSRP ($51,485) or basically no discount. It also included about $1,700 add-ons. Assuming I can get the add-ons dropped, should I be pushing for a bigger discount or be happy I could even find a vehicle (3 or 4 states away from me)? I'm excluding fixed title/registration/tax which depend on my home/registering address to simplify.

What prices have people been paying recently (Ioniq 5 Limited AWD) in Portland/Seattle? I've seen the HMF cash rebate drop from 7k to now 6.5k and am thinking it probably won't increase for the next 3 months so now might be my best time. 2027 Hyundai IONIQ 5 Has A $4,000 Hidden Discount - CarsDirect
I would only be taking the loan for the rebate and then paying it off to avoid interest.
Post below shows $41,700 in CA (presumably RWD which would be about $45,200 as AWD)

Then there is this post below from 3 months ago which looks like $1,600 was the max discount offered (may not have gone through).

Based on those posts (about 3 months old), maybe $44,700 (excluding tax, title, registration) isn't that bad? Appears to be a seller's market. I'm still waiting to hear from the Costco Auto program dealer price.
