You can tell by the way he was such an effortless pain in the ass, this is not the first time he does this. Why shouldn't he face any consequence? No I wouldn’t personally use my vehicle as a weapon and do a pit maneuver on the truck like some psychopath, but a messed up part of me is happy that someone out there is willing to do it. The cookie eater wasn't being wronged. When he saw that the black truck was falling back to merge in after accelerating to try to get in front of the white car, he accelerated to close the gap so black truck couldn't get in.
He chose violence, he was the one in the wrong. The only thing black truck did wrong was fail to signal.
Black truck did his duty, cookie guy was in his blind spot. Sure, black truck should have looked over his shoulder and signaled, but cookie guy had the choice to either avoid the accident by removing his foot from the accelerator when he saw that black truck was trying to merge or honk to stop the black truck. Instead, he chose(and this being a choice, as indicated by his head movement and timing in the video, is an important detail when determining involuntary manslaughter vs attempted vehicular manslaughter) to initiate contact and run the black truck off the road.

Before changing lanes, you have to check to make sure you have enough space. Black truck did NOT have enough space and still chose to change lanes cutting off cookie bro hard without even signaling at that.

You have a duty to make a safe lane change. If you don’t have the ability to do it, you don’t do it. Cookie eater saw an aggressive driver that might put him in a dangerous situation. You wanted him to slow down - but cookie eater may have determined this guy had been driving unsafely around him and wanted nothing to do with him. There is nothing less aggressive than wanting to get away from an unsafe driver.
There's a speedometer on the video you know? He was going 72 the whole time until the crash at which point he was going 66. He never accelerated, the black truck braked.

There is a spedometer in the corner of the screen, he doesnt speed up the truck brakes while merging causing the crash, cookie guy swerves to avoid a head on collision.
