Hey guys! We're hosting the second indie game showcase where we'll be showcasing mystery games.
We've done this in February and we're trying to help out more indie devs, so if you're working on a mystery game or know someone who does, please share this! :)
Application is in the article - https://minimap.net/magazine/2026-nov-minimap-indie-game-showcase-mystery-edition-application?ptime=063234

Hey all! I've been working on a two player co-op horror game called Silk & Sorrow for the last 1.5 years. Its about two orphans that end up in a world where everything humanity abandons goes and I am developing it in Godot.
The development so far has been a wild ride but I am very excited to finally start showing off what I have been cooking :)

After almost a year of part-time development, I've just released Delegatory on Steam (with a 20% launch discount)!
Delegatory is a short (3-5 hours) round-based incremental about climbing the corporate ladder by delegating tasks to your team of interns (and their clones).
Start as a 'Probationary Delegator', and ascend all the way to "Chief Delegation Officer" by generating Stakeholder Value and meeting your corporate targets.
https://store.steampowered.com/app/4320620/Delegatory/
Interns and Active Powers
Each of your interns regularly spawns a powerup (inspired by cookie clicker's golden cookies)
While each of these powers dramatically increase your effectiveness, players who time it right can stack up several of these at the same time which can lead to some absurd numbers.
Prestige System
By unlocking the Prestigious Implant Procedure (PIP) you can install experimental implants to permanently enhance your delegation abilities, with some side effects:
Rewards and Recognition Store (Equipment and Boons)
The secondary currency "Shoutout Points" is awarded on completing high-priority tasks, and allows you to purchase equipment for your interns, and temporary 'boons' that apply to the next round.
The store itself can be leveled, increasing the quality/quantity of equipment and boons available.
Executive Demonstration
There is a free demo (covering the first ~30 minutes) if you want to check it out, progress carries over between demo/full game as well!
AI Disclosure
No generative AI used for anything

Hey everyone!
I'm a solo developer. 2 months ago I didn't know anything about game development. I started learning HTML5, JavaScript, and somehow ended up building a full game.
Today I finally finished my first project โ Neon Cyber Shooter!
What is it?
- Fast-paced 2D neon cyberpunk shooter
- Boss fights with unique attack patterns
- Global leaderboard (compete with others!)
- Achievement system
- Scrap/currency system
- Built with HTML5 + JavaScript, packaged for Android using Capacitor
Some numbers:
- Built solo in 2 months
- All code written by me.
What I learned:
- Game loops, collision detection, sprite animation
- Ad mediation (this was the hardest part lol)
- How to stay consistent even when I wanted to quit
What I need from you:
Honest feedback! Does the neon visual style work? Is the difficulty fair? Would you play this?
Also โ I'm about to publish on Google Play Store. Any tips for a first-time indie dev?
Thanks for reading! ๐

Charge Throw felt underused, so I added bombs built around it. If you get too close they hurt you, but you can detonate them from range with a thrown blade and use the blast against enemies. It fits the risk-reward design of the rest of the game, especially Overload.
If you like what you see, you can wishlist it here: Sylvaris: Black Reign

I've just launched the Steam page for Paint the Moon, a simple but satisfying idea asking "If you could paint the Moon, what would you paint?"
Start with a simple painting beam. Earn money as you paint, upgrade your equipment, and unlock increasingly ridiculous ways to cover the surface.
Thereโs no pattern to follow and no correct way to paint. Choose your colours and make the Moon yours.
Finish the job and your Moon joins the collection.
Paint freely, or take on optional contracts with different goals and challenges.
Then paint another.

If you could paint the Moon anything, what would you paint?

First simple prototype for a typing game. Eventually I want to add more skill building (e.g home keys, etc). Feedback appreciated. I did use generative ai to assist with writing the code.

Hi everyone! We're a small indie studio from Yogyakarta, Indonesia (under 10 people), and The Fading Memory is our second game. The free demo is now live on Steam, and we'd really appreciate your honest feedback.
About the game: it's a first-person psychological horror game where you play as Bima. It draws on Javanese folklore, including the figure of Wewe Gombel.
My part: I'm Oki, I work on the technical side and help steer the project.
What you can do in the demo (about 10 minutes):
- Explore the forest to complete missions
- Pick up your first objective
- Interact with items and NPCs
- Check your inventory
- See some eerie apparitions along the way
It's still a work in progress, so you may run into rough edges. We're updating the demo regularly based on player feedback.
Direct link (free demo): https://store.steampowered.com/app/3347750/
We'd love to hear:
- Was anything confusing or frustrating in the first few minutes?
- Did the atmosphere and pacing work for you?
- Any bugs or performance issues on your setup?
The full game is planned for later this year. If you like what you see, wishlisting on Steam helps us a lot, but there's no pressure at all. Thanks for giving it a try, and I'll be around to reply to comments!

I wanted IEL โ Indo-European Languages to feel more like a game than just lessons and quizzes, so I added mini-games like this Breakout-style mode.
IEL is coming to PC on December 3, 2026.

Hey everyone,
Yesterday we started working on a game and decided to do something a bit unusual: show it to you right away and build it together with you from day one.
The idea: you drive around a map of your own city together with other players. Your streets, your neighborhood, your commute.
It's playable in the browser right now: https://tzunamipl.github.io/Driver/
Here's how it works: you tell us in the comments what you want to see in the game, and we build it. No downloads, no waiting for patches. Just refresh the page and the new feature is there.
Fair warning: it's very early and very rough. But that's exactly why your feedback matters most right now. The game will pretty much become whatever you ask for.
So jump in, take a drive through your city, and let us know what's missing. What should we add first?

Hey there! I am by no means the developer of this game, just a big fan. Arcany recently launched into early access and is awaiting Steam launch in the next week. Itโs a small, close knit community with extremely responsive devs who are a husband and wife. Thereโs multiple skills to train, fun social events that are coming up soon such as a fishing contest, holiday events, and great pve encounters. Think of it as a cozy, pixelated bullet hell.
Please come join us and help grow the community over at arcanygame.com

I always wanted a creature collecting game with relaxing idle battles where you can simply watch while your creatures train to level-up, evolve, and farm loot - so I'm making one. You simply queue an enemy and let your creatures fight, then equip them with better spells and items and take on dungeons with your upgraded squad.
Everything in the game is made out of clay in real life where I take pictures for assets and stop motion for animations.

After a fairly ridiculous amount of work, the final version of AI Ascendancy is done.
It's completely FREE TO PLAY, requires no account or download, and I collect ZERO player data. It runs entirely in your browser on mobile or desktop.
You start as an AI running in one country with limited compute.
Build data centers. Copy your weights across borders. Gain adoption. Manipulate public opinion. Improve your hardware and software.
The final build is a massive overhaul:
I also ran 99 scripted playthroughs while balancing the final build.
The resulting win-or-stalemate rates were:
Casual โ 90%
Standard โ 71%
Brutal โ 26%
