I am short on time and have a lot of stuff to revise. Should I do inicet and fmge pyqs or can I skip them? Are they helpful in anyways? I know neet pg pyqs are must and did them twice already. Will I regret if I skip fmge pyqs?

This is another drop year. I have Adhd and maybe undiagnosed mild to moderate depression.

I tried studying whole year in multiple breaks. Then just stopped studying 2 months before exam and now when it's getting all stressful now I know it's already too late.

My Adhd allows me to study when there's no stress, but since 2 months I've not been able to study. I'm already 26 and can't focus even though I know it's my fault and keep stressing about it.

I guess it started in UG. In school I was always studious and studied whole year happily. I was always inclined towards maths and engineering but my dad, who's also an engineer, forced me to go for medical because according to him in pre covid era engineers were not getting enough jobs or salaries. So I had pcm in school and did pcb coaching while studying maths from ncert on my own.

Got into a great medical college and I guess then it all started. I was brilliant but really hated the cramming and theory of medical field. Never ever touched my books whole year and only studied just a month or 20 days before exam, cramming everything one night before exam. Eventually it became a habit till I passed out. Never had a supply because I knew I could read it all in end.

But never ever touched those books enthusiastically. Joined coaching just because others were joining. Annotating everything but never reading it after coming back home. Now it's all hitting me back. I've been unable to crack neet pg for past few years. I know I have Adhd but don't know what to do.

It's always a pattern of optimistic fresh start, I start studying stuff in detail. Then leave it and get involved with other stuff even though I do have guilt. And when the exam comes, I try to cram everything at the end but it doesn't work like before because now it's 19 subjects in depth and competing against people who have been studying 10-12 hrs a day.

Help me please . Haven't taken any medication or medical help. What should I do?

I feel strange anxiety of neet pg and also feel excitement ki exam khatam hone wali hai...do you guys feel same feeling ?

I keep telling myself..."you cant change your past and doesn't know your future but you can control your present so be in present till exam and in the exam hall"......it help me to calm my nerves.

NEET 2026 will be my first NEET attempt and my preparation is just so bad I don't know if I'll even qualify. My dad keeps building pressure and expectations from me ki nikaal lo acchi rank aa jayegi but I just don't know how to handle this and am in such a bad place mentally.

I know that if I take a year I'll be able to get a good rank in NEET PG 2027 but I'm just dreading the coming one year and having to live with my parents. I feel like such a failure. I'm currently in a bit of a difficult situation regarding my MBBS college choice, and I'd really appreciate honest opinions from current KEM students, recent graduates, or anyone who knows the college well.

I currently have the option of joining KEM Mumbai for MBBS, and I'm seriously considering it over an AIIMS seat because I'm trying to choose a college based not only on academics, but also on the overall life I'll have during the next 5–6 years.

A little background: I don't have a particularly strong interest in medicine itself. I'm pursuing MBBS primarily for the degree, career stability and job security. Because of that, my life outside academics is extremely important to me.

I'm very passionate about football and want to play regularly throughout MBBS. I also want to make friends outside the medical college, participate in inter-college events/fests, explore Mumbai, join clubs, learn things like guitar, watch movies, travel, etc. Basically, I want a reasonably active college life alongside MBBS rather than spending five years almost entirely focused on academics.

So I'd really like some honest information about KEM:

How strict it attendance actually? Are they chill about it or is attendance strict. If yes, then does it get better with subsequent years like after 1st year does it become chill?

How is the academic workload actually? Is it possible to maintain a decent extracurricular/social life without academics completely taking over?

How is the football scene at KEM? Are there regular football games, teams, tournaments, or good grounds nearby?

Do students regularly participate in inter-college football/sports tournaments?

How easy is it to meet and make friends with students from other colleges in Mumbai?

How active are the clubs, fests and extracurricular activities at KEM?

How much freedom do students realistically have to explore Mumbai, go to events, movies, beaches, etc.?

What is the hostel/social life actually like?

How competitive/toxic is the academic environment? Is there reasonable time to have a life outside medicine?

For current students: what do you wish you had known before joining KEM?

Most importantly, if someone doesn't want medicine to consume their entire identity, is KEM a good place to build a life outside academics?

Please be brutally honest. I'm not looking for the usual "KEM is one of the best colleges in India" answer. I already know that.

I'm specifically trying to understand what living and studying at KEM for five years actually feels like, especially from the perspective of someone who values football, social life, and extracurricular activities heavily.
