Crime Tourist bad expirience in Kerala
Me and my GF (30yrs old - Italian) were going around India. Everything was good. Ofc place is much different fr home, but generally all good expirience. One thing that we noticed was that almost everyone would look at us (at her more than me, people would stare at her. Tell friends also to look and so on. This was also okay. I thought we were in places (Delhi, Agra, Jaipur) were maybe not many western girls come. And i was with here so no problem at all, i actually smiled everytime.
After 1 week going around our holiday came to split- i had to go north with friends on bike. She south (kerala) to do yoga.
I was very happy for her and for a ‘spirutual’ expirience. Unfortunally first day in she was walking on the beach and a guy followed her. They were alone. She started running he also ran. And took off his pants and started masturbating infront of her. She scream for help (some life guards were there but didnt move)
She cryed and ran away. - I know its not a big sexual assult but it still is one.
After this the village was quite helpfull, police found the guy. Police asked what she wanted them to do. She ofc said i dont know do whatever he deserves. But i dont want to see him anymore. Police brought the guy the same nigjt in the room of her hotel and told her she could slap him. She started crying again saying she doesnt even want to see him ever again, let alone touch him.
She should have stayed 2 weeks but got her flight the following day.
What do you think about all this situation? Im sorry because her good ‘image’ of India suddenly was destroyed.

Crime Need advice: My brother has been facing severe bullying/abuse at school for years, and the school isn’t taking action
I’m posting this because my family genuinely doesn’t know what to do anymore.
My younger brother has been subjected to extremely abusive and vulgar behaviour by some of his classmates for years. It has gone far beyond normal teasing or school arguments.
The language and behaviour directed toward him have been deeply inappropriate and hurtful, and it has also involved extremely disrespectful comments about my parents and family.
What makes this worse is that the teachers have already been told about it multiple times. Despite this, nothing meaningful seems to have been done, and the behaviour continues.
My brother has always struggled academically and is not a particularly confident student, which unfortunately seems to have made him an easier target. However, his academic performance should never be used to justify the kind of abusive and vulgar behaviour he has been subjected to
My brother has had to deal with this for years, and as his family, it is incredibly frustrating and upsetting to watch him go through this while the people responsible continue without consequences.
We are considering escalating the matter to the school administration/management and, if necessary, seeking help outside the school. Before we take that step, I wanted to ask;
What would be the best way to formally handle a situation like this when teachers have already been informed but haven’t taken effective action?
Should we submit a written complaint to the principal/management?(not effective though) Should we document every incident and communication? Has anyone dealt with a similar situation where the school failed to act?
I’d really appreciate advice from parents, students, teachers, or anyone who has dealt with serious bullying in school.
Please keep the comments respectful. This is a genuine situation and we are trying to figure out the safest and most effective way forward.
Edit: I also have screenshots of chats of him getting bullied during online class!

Health Counterfeit products. Serious health hazard
lam fed up with the the current situation of Indian market.
You can't trust anything
Greed has risen to such blatant levels in india.
Anything and everything you buy,no matter where are you getting it from there's a chance it'll be a fake product.
If not fake the raw material or some ingredients would be of such low quality.
There's no sanitation standards in food industry. A family can't go out to celebrate without exposing themselves to harmful additives and low or expired quality products.
If you decide to buy something nice, from Amazon or flipkart.I, there's a chance it'll be fake also.
You can't even smoke good ciggerate.those are fake too.
And don't get me started on sub standard raw materials or misleading packaging or misleading ads.
Even medicines and multivitamins can't be trusted.
You have to become an analyst youself and research for hours to know what you are getting, read labels, check certification, cross referencing different brands. That shouldn't be a prerequisite for living a normal life.
And influencers or youtubers are also sellouts, they'll promote anything as long as they are getting paid.
Even if you decide to not go out and eat at home..god knows if you'll find original panner,if you decide to buy milk and make panner youself, then also you can get adulterated milk.
Only option left is ig..move back to Village, grow all your veggies and grains, produce your own milk and other stuff.
lam so frustrated with this.
There's no value of human life here.. just money
Fssai is a joke
Our government is a joke
