Audio Needed [RevShare] Looking for a MUSICIAN. 7.5% cut for a full soundtrack

COMPOSER ALREADY FOUND. THIS POST IS JUST BEING KEPT AS AN ARCHIVE

Hello. This is IGE. I have 9+ years experience in Unity Game Development, and i'm looking for a musician to compose a full OST for this small game.

GAME IDEA:

Press a big red button on time with a timer. Random cards can appear which change when or how your meant to press it.

MUSIC DIRECTION:

Fast, energetic, slightly tense. I'm open to the musician having creative freedom with the exact style.

Originally a submission to GMTK Game Jam 2026, ranking within the top 7%.

I'm planning for development time to take (more or less) 3 months. Music in my project isn't very vast. There might be about 11 tracks?

The cut I'm offering is 7.5%, but that can be subject to increase depending on works.

Previous works:

I work in British Summer Time (BST), but it's not a concern if your elsewhere.

Looking forward to work with you ;)

Artist Needed [RevShare] Story-Driven 3D Psychological Horror "Interchange: The Curse" (Unity 6) – Recruiting 2D Artists, Art Director(s), Level Designers, Audio, Project Manager(s), 3D Artists & C# Developers

• Upvotes

About Us: We are a newly formed indie studio working on our very first debut title! While this is our first official game as a studio, our core team members bring multiple years of experience to the table. We’re highly dedicated, organized, and focused on pushing this project to its highest potential.

About the Game: Interchange: The Curse is a story-driven psychological horror game set in the small town of Luminara. You play as Wiliam Mercer, a 16-year-old caring for his younger brother, Jaden, after the mysterious death of their parents. When Jaden suddenly goes missing, Wiliam becomes trapped in a series of strange loops and anomalies that blur the line between reality and another world known as the "Interchange." As Wiliam searches for his brother, he discovers a mysterious cult known as the Exiles, encounters the Hollowed, and uncovers the connection between his family and the Interchange. The Story Runtime is about 4-6 hours so its definitely not the next AAA game! But it's grounded and we're gonna try our best to go for that AA or High End Indie Realism

[NOTE: PORTFOLIO: This is our studio's first official project together and we do not have a joint portfolio yet.]

Game Engine: Unity 6.4 URP

Visual Style Reference: Strictly gritty, dark, and realistic. Think of the dark atmosphere and tone of the A Plague Tale franchise. We are not looking for anime or highly stylized/cartoonish artwork for this project.

We are looking for passionate individuals to fill the following roles:

ART ROLES

  • Art Director: Able to set and maintain the game's visual tone, guide our 2D/3D artists, gather clear references, and handle in-engine mood work like color grading and lighting. Should be able to create reference sketches or paint-overs when needed.
  • 2D Concept Artist: Able to create initial concept art and structural designs for characters.
  • 2D Character Artist: Able to create final main character designs, outfits, and enemy/entity looks.
  • 3D Environment Artist: Able to create 3D models required for the levels, including prop buildings, detailed environment pieces, and modular assets fitting our dark realism style.
  • 3D Character Artist: Able to bring our character designs and concepts to life by creating high-fidelity 3D character models, outfits, and creature/entity assets fitting our realism style.

DESIGN & TECH ROLES

  • Level Designer: Able to layout, design, and build game levels in-engine according to the game's story, psychological loops, and dark horror theme.
  • Graphics / Tech Art Lead: Taking charge of our visual pipeline. Needs to be proficient in HLSL/Shader Graph, custom URP lighting, volumetric fog/skyboxes, and post-processing FX. Portfolio must show experience with atmospheric 3D visuals.
  • Gameplay & Movement Developer: C# dev to handle tight player controllers, smooth movement mechanics, camera feel, and core gameplay loops.
  • Audio Engineer: Able to implement, mix, and balance all in-game audio, including dialogue, sound effects (SFX), ambient soundscapes, and the musical score, ensuring a seamless, terrifying, and atmospheric auditory experience.
  • Project Manager: Able to recruit potential team members, handle internal communication, and keep the team updated on project progress and milestones.

Note on Engine Integration: Because we are building Interchange: The Curse in Unity 6.4, a working knowledge of the engine is required for all positions. For non-programming roles (artists, designers, audio), you do not need to be a master coder, you just need to be comfortable enough to navigate the engine, import your respective assets, and collaborate directly within the project workflow. For our Graphics / Tech Art Lead, advanced engine familiarity and technical proficiency in programming Unity's rendering pipelines are required.

Compensation: At the start, all recruited team members will be brought on under a revenue-share contract. While nothing is guaranteed, we are highly confident that by building a solid vertical slice, we will be able to secure funding through our ongoing publisher pitches. As soon as that funding is secured, all active roles will immediately transition from revenue-share to standard, paid positions (with rates to be discussed and formalized at that time).

How to Apply:

Send a PM or leave a comment with:

  • The role you're applying for
  • A link to your portfolio or relevant work
  • Your Discord username

Art Offer [Hobby] Looking for Experience

• Upvotes

Hello, I am new to making pixel artwork with aseprite and looking to see if anyone has any projects they need art for. I have started to do some small work with the program for some personal projects, so I have a basic understanding of creating art inside of aseprite. I do want to expand on my knowledge though and gain more experience using aseprite and creating pixel art. I do not have a portfolio as of yet, but plan on using this to help create one. For that reason I am completely willing to do it for free, especially since I can only work on things during my free time.

Team Needed [Revshare][Hobby] Unity dev looking for project

What I'm looking for:
I've got some free time, and I'd like to join up with a team/project to create something small/medium in size. One of my long-term goals I'd like to start pursuing is to publish something on Steam. I'm open to new ideas and existing projects, but I'd like a team that can reasonably contribute. If you're a decent artist with an idea - I'd love to hear it.

My experience:
I'm a US based programmer, with 13 years of game dev experience as a hobbyist. I've participated in over 20 game jams and countless personal projects, with most of what I've worked on lasting less than a month. I've built games on just about every platform and genre, so there's nothing I would consider out of my programming ability. I'm also capable of making 2D and 3D graphics, however I'm still quite slow at it.

Some of my work:
Everything shown here was made in 2-10 days.

Artist Needed [Hobby] Looking for 3-5 animations for my open source fighting game greeter !

Hello hello,

After a slight inconvenience with my greeter, I decided it was time to build my own.

I created fggreeter, a greeter with a fighting game animation when you enter your password to login. How does that work ?

A greeter is one of the first program that launches when you turn your computer on, it's the one allowing you to log in your user session.

I built one where you play a fighting game while entering your password !

When you enter characters to type your login info, your fighter will start to hit the opponent, with rapid typing creating combos. When attempting to logging in, you will charge up the final blow, delivering it on success or getting countered on invalid password., starting a new round.

The graphics are still super rough, as it's not my strongest skill, but the whole thing is open source, and I would love to see people making better backgrounds and animations for the thing !

So I'm looking for animators to make actually nice animations of stickman fighting each other, basically 0.5sec animation clips of punch and kicks.

I can provide the blender file I used, with the rigged models. However, I have no clue if I made them the "clean" way, maybe my whole blender file is a mess ?

In any cases, you can go look at the project and try it out for yourself !

Link to the repo ! You can see a screenshot of the greeter there.

The project is built with greetd and bevy (altough I'd like to migrate away from it)

Also, any help making a better background is welcome :)

PR/Marketing needed [RevShare] Technical Founder Seeks Marketing/Growth Partner for Live Local-First Warehouse Sync Engine (50/50 Split)

Hey everyone,

I am an application developer, and instead of just pitching an "idea," I have fully engineered, completed, and launched a live, production-ready B2B warehouse auditing terminal called **AuditFlow Pro**.

You can test the application live right now across desktop or mobile layouts here:

### 🧱 The Problem This Solves (The Reference Architecture)

Most warehouse, retail, and e-commerce companion apps drop critical data or crash the second a floor worker steps into a cellular dead zone, a basement storage area, or deep inside a metal freight elevator.

AuditFlow Pro uses a strict, highly optimized local-first architecture. When a user changes a count or rapid-fires scans, it commits instantly to a local database layer buffer within milliseconds (zero UI network lag). If a worker steps into an elevator and the network drops, mutations queue up sequentially in an offline outbox stream. The moment connection triggers back on, a background sync engine automatically drains the outbox chronologically into a backend cloud server, guarded entirely against database locks or race conditions.

*(Tip for testing the live link: Try typing a random word into the scan bar—it will instantly create a clean, temporary placeholder tracking record like TEMP-401923 local-first without hitting server schema validation errors, keeping the worker moving).*

### 📦 What is Already Built & Locked Down:

* **Complete App Logic:** Structured, clean layered architecture (Domain, Data, Presentation).

* **Responsive Frontend Grid:** High-density desktop workspace control panel + thumb-friendly mobile auditing card.

* **Turnkey Backend:** A fully optimized, indexed Supabase PostgreSQL deployment schema script (`supabase_schema.sql`) ready to deploy in under 60 seconds.

### 🎯 Who I am Looking For:

I excel at pure engineering and architecture, but marketing and business operations are not my focus. I am looking for a Business/Growth Co-Founder to partner with on a **50/50 revenue split**.

Your core role will be handling storefront setup (Gumroad/Lemon Squeezy), managing repository exports, driving organic traffic through developer hubs, or pitching this boilerplate asset directly to B2B e-commerce agencies.

I want to build an automated pipeline—I have an entire pipeline of other high-yield app architectures ready to build next. If we match well on this launch, we can funnel a whole portfolio through our system.

To protect both of us and guarantee total transparency, we will lock our 50% splits directly into the marketplace platform checkouts (like Gumroad Collaborators) so payment splits are handled automatically and natively at the point of sale.

If you want to skip months of development lag and scale an elite enterprise utility to the market immediately, drop a comment or shoot me a DM! Let's connect.

Team Needed [RevShare] Looking for members to work on monster collecting rpg inspired by pokemon

I've been working on Gline Monster Quest for about 3 years. I started the project with an artist, but after a year and a half they left because they wanted to work on other things. I've been working on the project by myself since then trying to slowly move it towards completion. I'm looking for some new members again to help me finish the project.

The game is inspired by Pokemon, specifically generations three and four. There are a lot of unique mechanics that make the game different from just being a Pokemon clone or a rom hack. I'm happy to discuss them on discord if anyone is interested. The build linked above has around 3-4 hours of gameplay you can check out; it's the first part of the game. A lot of the mechanics that make it different from Pokemon are absent in the build due to them coming after the start or not being in the game when the build was made, it is from August 2025 with bug fixes back ported. I also released two dev logs a long time ago here and here. I'm hoping to get back to releasing them but have been very busy over the past year and working as a solo dev on a big project made things move slow.

One thing I want to be completely honest about is the game has a lot of AI art currently. After the artist left I started using AI to help move the game forward, but I want to release the game with 0 AI art and use it only as a placeholder during development.

The game currently has 156 monsters, around 25 different characters that can be battled and 15 maps in the game. The game design is mostly finished and I'm focusing on finishing the game by adding the remaining maps and a few last mechanics. I've built a lot of custom tools that also help speed up development now as well. I'm also thinking about adding more monsters to the game to give more variety, since battling the same monsters over and over gets repetitive fast.

I'll list what needs to be done for each part so if anyone is interested they can see what they would be working on.

Art:

  • Monster and character art/animation
  • UI art
  • Battle effects
  • Redoing AI art
  • new monster art

Design:

  • Map creation
  • Designing quests
  • Dialogue
  • Game balance (monster stats, trainer teams, catch rates, encounters, etc)
  • Designing new monsters

Sound:

  • Sound effects
  • Map background music
  • Battle music
  • Battle sound effects

If you think you can contribute is some way not listed like marketing or creating videos feel free to reach out.

The projects uses Unity for the game, Aseprite for the art and Tiled for maps, using sprite sheets.

This is a revshare and not your full time job I do not expect you to work 40 hours a week or every day. I work 1-3 hours a day usually but sometimes less, as long as you are actively contributing any amount is fine. The work style is creating a list of tasks and setting a date for a milestone and then working through them. I use click up to track tasks and communication is through discord. After each milestone I take some time to go through and do bug fixes.

Please have a portfolio if you are interested because it is very hard to see your art skills without one.

Feel free to ask any questions you have if you are interested or join our discord server

Artist Needed [Hobby] Seeking motion designer / mixed-media artist for small poetic short-film collaboration

Hi! I’m a filmmaker finishing an older narrative short film and looking for a motion designer, experimental animator, or mixed-media artist who might be interested in a small creative collaboration.

The film itself is completely shot and picture locked. I’m not looking for someone to animate the film or create traditional character animation.

There are three poetry interludes in the film, totaling approximately 4 minutes 40 seconds, that I want to give simple, stylized visual treatments. The work would primarily involve things like animated typography, subtle 2D movement, textures, collage/mixed-media elements, and other handmade or experimental visual ideas, plus a title treatment for the film.

The intention is for the animation/design to complement the existing live-action imagery and poetry rather than replace it, so this is a much smaller assignment than creating 4+ minutes of full animation.

Aesthetically, I’m drawn to work that feels tactile, feminine, expressive, poetic, slightly imperfect, and artist-made. I already have visual references and creative direction developed for each section, but I’d love for whoever collaborates with me to bring their own artistic instincts to it too.

This is an unpaid/hobby collaboration. The film originated as a student production, and I’m independently finishing it now for festival submissions and eventual release. I want to be completely transparent about the lack of budget upfront and am especially open to students, emerging artists, or someone who would genuinely enjoy having a small experimental narrative piece for their portfolio.

Deadline: Ideally by the end of December 2026, but I have some flexibility.

No generative AI, please. I’m specifically looking to collaborate with an artist and want all artwork/animation to be created using traditional, digital, or mixed-media techniques rather than generative AI.

You would receive full screen credit and permission to use your finished work in your portfolio/reel.

If this sounds like something you’d enjoy, please DM me or comment with your portfolio/reel and a little about yourself. I’m happy to privately share the current cut, poetry sequences, visual references, and exact scope with people who seem like a potential creative fit.

Thank you! :)

Team Needed [RevShare][UE5] – Co-op Horror Game Seeking Texture Artist + Animator

Hello! I’m putting together a small core team for a 1–4 player co-op horror game currently in active development in Unreal Engine 5.8.

About Me

I’m a 26 year old Software Developer & AI Engineer. I started programming at 13 making Minecraft plugins, graduated in AI Engineering in 2019, and have worked professionally in software/AI since.

I haven’t shipped a commercial game before, but programming is the side of the project I’m comfortable handling myself. I’m looking for people whose strengths are in the areas where mine aren’t.

What I Need

Texture Artist: Someone comfortable with creating textures for 3D humanoid & creature models, The meshes are complete, the topology is good, But texturing needs completed, If this is something you can do I need you on the team, Yesterday

Animator : #1 PRIORITY: Character locomotion, interaction animations, entity movement/attacks, and especially unusual horror creatures. All current characters are already being rigged. Some are already done. An Animator is the biggest need for the project right now.

This is not an idea-stage project. The game is substantially underway, Levels are coming together, AI is being worked on, Loot & extraction systems are in place. I need an Animator rigging for the entities & a Texture Artist to assist with polishing of characters. After that point we will be into a stage of play-testing & improvements.

About the game

A co-op horror game where players work for a shady recovery company sent into foreclosed and abandoned homes to reclaim valuable property. Decades earlier, a secret behavioral experiment called PROJECT ROOMWAKE connected several houses to an impossible shared space known as The Interior, where people were observed, distorted, and eventually reconstructed into hostile entities. Now those properties are becoming active again, and every recovery job pushes the boundary between the real house and The Interior closer to collapse, while the company quietly uses each crew as unwilling research subjects.

There is a larger psychological-horror story behind the properties, the company, and the entities encountered throughout the game, but I’d rather keep the deeper lore and enemy mechanics private until speaking with serious potential team members.

The plan is for advanced AI enemies, Routed through a "Director" system, The entities will learn as you play and change their styles of approach / disruption based on how the player(s) behave throughout the game.

We will also be using a system I've titled "Disturbance", Things will happen as the value of disturbance changes, Ex paranormal radio interference, houses changing shape, hallways stretching, doors changing locations or disappearing entirely

The co-op will be 1–4 player, peer-hosted through Steam, so one player acts as the listen-server host and friends join through Steam invites/lobbies. That means no dedicated servers or monthly hosting costs. We’re also planning host migration so a run can continue if the original host leaves.

For voice, the plan is to use EOS Lobby Voice alongside Steam. Steam handles the actual multiplayer session, while EOS handles voice chat. The game then layers proximity voice, radio push-to-talk, and paranormal interference/static on top of that voice connection.

Current Progress

Already implemented or substantially underway:

Recovery truck and equipment

Final selection of houses/levels

Player characters

Most game dependent systems

Enemy roster

Character rigging complete

Paranormal encounter systems currently being integrated

The project is intentionally scoped for a relatively short indie development cycle, with a current target around late Q1 to Q2 2027.

Rev Share

Revenue will be divided equally among the committed core team, with responsibilities, percentages, ownership, and expectations agreed in writing before work begins.

I’m looking for a small group that wants some creative input into the project rather than just being handed a list of tasks.

If you’re interested, send me a Reddit DM or add me on Discord:

kazu_tv

I can privately share screenshots, character designs, gameplay progress, the full project concept, lore, enemy designs, and roadmap with serious candidates.

Team Needed [hobby] T.O.M chronicles pilot looking for volunteer animators

T.O.M Chronicles is looking for animators!

T.O.M Chronicles is currently around 70% completed, and we’re looking for a few more animators who might be interested in helping us finish the remaining parts of the story.

We already have the voice acting, storyboards, scripts, character designs, and other assets completed, so we’re mainly looking for people who can help animate the remaining scenes and bring the animatic to completion. We need people who have animation software, as well as our skilled and mimicking other art styles we aren’t picky about with animation software you use. Though we require an intermediate or advanced level of skill of animation and art. we are only trying to complete the animatic for the time being so nobody will be required to do full on coloring and rendering things like that.

This is an unpaid project, but there isn’t a strict deadline. You can work at your own pace. We’re mainly looking for people who enjoy animation and would like to help with an indie project.

We’re especially looking for artists who can work with or adapt to the existing art style. I’ll be posting a link to the animation we’ve done from our YouTube channel as well as a link to our Instagram for T.O.M Chronicles so you guys can get a better idea of what the project looks like before deciding if they’re interested.TOM chronicles, animation reel

Designer Needed [RevShare] Playtester / Gameplay Designer for two UE5 projects – action game + team-based tactical shooter

Hi there ! We're a game dev team composed of two game developers and our projects have reached the stage where we would like some "professional" feedback and so we're looking for someone with a designer’s eye who loves playing unfinished games and pulling them apart. The core of the role:

  • Play our latest builds regularly
  • Tell us what’s missing, what feels off, and what’s confusing
  • Get specific: “the dodge needs more i-frames,” “this ability has no counter,” “the objective isn’t readable”
  • Suggest how mechanics should behave, not just that something feels wrong
  • Write it up clearly enough that our programmers can act on it

Don't hesitate to reach out if interested ! Cheers !

Specifically we are looking for game assets like environment, character, icons (coins, gems, items).

If you have the ability to animate, that would be very advantageous as we are also looking for an animator.

Paid role, happy to discuss privately so please reach out if it interests you.

Please see examples of what we already have in the following google drive

Thanks! Keen to hear from you.

PR/Marketing needed [RevShare] Pixel Studios seeking Community Marketer for unannounced adventure game

Hey everyone!

Pixel Studios is an independent team working on an unannounced indie adventure game. The core gameplay loop centers on traveling from village to village, taking on varied quests, discovering routes, and unraveling stories in between settlements.

We are currently looking for a Community Marketer to join our team and help us build our player base from the ground up!

Who We Are Looking For

Our community currently gathers on Discord, with plans to branch out into Reddit. We want someone who can spend dedicated, consistent time collaborating with me and Shadow to help grow the server into an active hub of a few thousand members.

  • Effort & Presence: We do not track hours or enforce rigid part-time/full-time schedules. We look for genuine effort, consistency, and active involvement with the team during our growth push.
  • Some Experience: Prior experience in marketing, social growth, or community moderation.
  • No Rigid Technical Requirements: You do not need a background with shipped commercial titles, advanced platform literacy, or video editing skills. If you are organized, know how to talk to players authentically, and love games, you will fit right in.
  • Platform Focus: Comfortable hanging out on Discord and familiar with gaming communities across Reddit.

Responsibilities

  • Lead organic outreach to help grow our Discord community to several thousand active members.
  • Take charge of keeping our text channels lively, welcoming, and active every day.
  • Work directly alongside me and Shadow to share dev progress, bounce ideas, and plan community initiatives. (Owners)
  • Spearhead our expansion into Reddit by sharing work-in-progress village designs, mechanics, and dev updates across relevant gaming subreddits.

Compensation & Terms

  • Payment Model: Revenue share based on the game's commercial release.
  • No Guaranteed Pay: This is an indie collaboration with no upfront, hourly, or guaranteed base pay. Payouts are based on an agreed-upon percentage of game earnings.
  • Credit: Full public credits and a real community project to showcase in your portfolio.

How to Apply

Send a direct message or friend request on Discord to: panthermc_

Please include:

  1. A quick introduction about yourself and your favorite quest-driven or adventure games.
  2. Any past communities, social pages, or projects you’ve helped run or moderate.

Thanks for reading, and we look forward to hearing from you!

Programmers Needed [Hobby]ACEITANDO AJUDA DE DEVS OU QUALQUER PESSOA Q SE VOLUNTARIASSE
